Optional parking for flats above 1 Cr is definitely a first in Gurgaon. Wish builder completely sells the Sec 79 project with optional parking 🙂 starting 1.25 cr and all Sec 89 buyers will benefit in real as this is better location.

With same size and carpet area, the Sec 79 M3M low rise floors must be a failed project. That location is not even developed, roads doesn't exist. The price is 40-50% more. If builder is able to sell Sec 79 at price they have launched, Sec 89 sure hold a bright future with same carpet area.
