Happiness as I understand the definition cannot be applicable to nonduality. It is a condition related to external aspects. Equanimity is no t the same as happiness.
That is because "you" never felt complete, wholesome, fulfilled.....Happiness "I" begun to realize recently is not an arrival place, it is a departure place.....
Is it like what Jesus said Seek first the Kingdom of Heaven and all else will be added.
He who is looking, is what he is looking for.
Rupert is the daddy when it comes to these teachings. They guy exudes calm peace. Whenever I see him I immediately feel a sense of joy.
I listen to these Spira sessions nightly on auto play, lol, the words DO sink in the sub conscience , no reason for exaggeration, I’ve come quite a way from where I was. Tom Campbell, former nasa physicist, goes even deeper into the realms of “larger conscience system “, blows me away how experience can and does travels w/o limits...
