Yep totally agree this should be the next song I love jinjer tati is amazing and all the guys in the group is just as amazing super great reaction my friend welcome to the jinjer fam
A bit more about the guys. Roman is a guitar nerd which as a nerd myself I mean as total respect- he's quiet and less charismatic than some in the band but historically has composed most of their songs. Vlad is a multi-instrumentalist who is the only trained musician in the group - on piano, but also plays guitar well enough to do a Gojira cover, and his drumming for Jinjer is sublime. Eugene the bassist is also their manager, does BJJ well enough to have won silver at the Abu Dhabi qualifying tournament in Kiev (I think) and his bass work has made him the band's next star after Tatiana. Tati is self taught except for a few months of lessons as a kid and entirely self taught in growls. She heard Otep when she was 15 and knew this was what she had to do so she started singing with any band that would let her pick up a mic. She had been performing with growls for over a year with her own band called Prophecy when Roman who had just joined Jinjer recruited her to help out as their original male singer was leaving (Jinjer is her 8th band). Eugene joined 2 years later and started managing, Vlad joined 5 years after that. And you can't go wrong on next Jinjer reactions btw, rhey are all good. We usually recommend a concert video for #2. Cheers!
This is the tip of the iceberg for Jinjer. Pisces gets recommended for the long clean intro and the gotcha moment, but it's honestly way down the list as far as my favorites go. Check out an official live concert vid next to really see how amazing this band is. Pit Of Consciousness in Kyiv, Sit Stay Roll Over live in Melbourne (they have a whole live album/dvd from this show), or Perennial live at Wacken. I'm sure you will be inundated with requests shortly and honestly you can't go wrong with pretty much anything from this band. They are that good.
Tatiana's voice makes me sweat too. I think it challenges my spirit to rise and that cranks up my metabolism. Someone suggested Words Of Wisdom live and it is a great song. Subbed. Cheers!
welcome to the JINJER ARMY! you should know that you are dealing with world class musicians and in the more than 50 years that I have been involved with music I have seldom heard such a talented band, regardless of the musical genre. IMO there are a lot of talented musicians, and a lot less talented bands ... many thanx for your reaction and many greetings from germany
Welcome to Jinjer. They have so many good songs, no suggestion you get today will be bad. To appreciate the whole band's abilities, react to their live performances. I would suggest "Who is gonna be the One" (live, Napalm Records)
Absolutely caught me off guard lol! Thank you for recommending this, Avi. I know you did at some point. I appreciate it, bro :) Sorry it took so long haha!
That is our metal goddess Tatiana at work. She is truly an angelic beast vocally! The band is also super talented, and often gets overshadowed by Tatiana's crazy vocals, and stage presence. Speaking of stage presence, Check out Perennial live at Wacken for your next Jinjer reaction!
You havn't seen anything. She can switch from clean to extreme on the drop of a dime. Something that she doesn't really display in this song. For a much better display of that check out "Teach Teacher" MV, "Perennial" Live @ Wacken, "Mediator" MV. Her growls (for lack of a better term) are quite light here. For some of her deepest check out "Homeback" MV, " Pit of Consciousness" Live @ Kiev, "Vortex" MV. And if you just want to hear cleans only. Check out "Bad Water" MV. Oh...And if you just want to get your face ripped off. Check out "Sit,Stay,Roll Over" MV. Hope that helps!
AWESOME reaction btw, n it's only gonna get better from here! These should be you next Jinjer reactions (in this order, trust me!): - Perennial, live at Wacken (don't miss the absolutely beautiful music video but the live version is a must-see) - Teacher Teacher, official video - I Speak Astronomy, official video - Who Is Gonna Be The One, live - Pit Of Consciousness, live in Kiev - Outlander, official video - Home Back, official video - Judgement & Punishment, Tati's one-take vocal performance - Retrospection, official video - Ape, live at Mystic Festival - Vortex, official video - Wallflower, official video -Noah, official video ...

welcome to the wonderful world of Jinjer, everything they do is just fire. I'll leave the rest of the Jinjer army to give you the requests because you will get many :) I can recommend Pit of conciousness live in kyiv which is still my favourite but really you wont be disappointed with anything. enjoy the ride.
Yo Chief. Hope you have had a good Monday. I'm so glad you have now delved into Jinjer ...what a band. I must admit I was smiling in readiness for your reaction to the first transition 👍😆. You have already mentioned Vortex..here are a couple more to check out...The Prophecy; and Pit of Consciousness. Take care, stay safe dude. Peace and love man from Liverpool UK 👍✌️🤘☮️
Always fun seeing people watching this for the first time! Never sure what's the most shocking here - Tatianna doing that vocal fry the first time or when she then goes back to that honey voice. Probably the vocal fry, thinking about it!
DEFINITELY a bit of both, bro. It's the shock at the ability to do both so effortlessly, I reckon haha! I mean, I can barely string sentences together most of the time and she's out here doing THIS! lol!
What a great reaction Chief!!! For a bit of context for my thoughts about Jinjer, I am 59 years old and was there when heavy metal was born and I've never looked back. I am truly an old school metalhead. With that being said I will say that Jinjer has become my all time favorite band. You cannot pin any single genre on them. When anyone asks me what genre they are, I respond with...Jinjer IS their genre. They blend many different styles of music, and they do it seamlessly and make it sound like they belong together. Might I highly suggest reacting to Pit of Consciousness, Live in Kiev. That song will show the range Tatiana has "in her growls", it amazes me that she can have so much range while growling. Fun Jinjer fact: Tatiana is the oldest member of Jinjer, but, not one of the current members are founding members. Here is a link to my requested song... ua-cam.com/video/vEhxuNuHWls/v-deo.html Btw Chief, you have dipped your toe into a VERY deep rabbit hole and I am very excited for you, and I am very much looking forward to your journey.
"A little bit unexpected so far" 😁😁😁 Edit: I also love that you obviously have some familiarity with the sign peices. Many people don't understand the song because they don't know anything about peices as a sign. That being said it is also one of the duality signs (2 fish, opposites, swimming in a circle to create balance) making her vocals all the more fitting. Tatiana is also a Peices.
It's great song writing. Like calm underwater flowing sound...then changing to dangerous predatory waters. Her 'growl' is always used cleverly with her lyrics.
There isn’t a bad Jinjer song; depending on your preference for heavy or softer they have it! I Speak Astronomy; Teacher, Teacher; Ape, The Prophecy; Home Back; Vortex; Mediator; Wallflower; Retrospection-live in Kiev; Pit of Consciousness-live in Kiev; Captain Clock -Resurrectionfest…. and so many more!! Welcome to Jinjer!
🔥Just found your channel, great reaction, Chief, I love when people immediately recognize Jinjer's composing talent, subbed! Thank you for bringing the fantastic genre twisting music of Jinjer to more people! I love their energy, how tight they are, the heaviness mixed with complexity and groove, beautiful singing and growling and especially Tatiana's lyrics! The first time I heard Pisces I hadn't liked any metal with growling and it took me a few listens to start liking it, but now Tatiana is my favorite vocalist and Jinjer my favorite band. TLDR: skip to the last paragraph 😂 Sorry for the long comment, I just love Jinjer too much and love seeing people discover (and usually fall in love with) them and each of their songs! For most of their songs, the three guys write most of the instrument music, then Tatiana writes most of the lyrics and melodies (she gets tons of well deserved credit for her vocal and stage performance abilities, but maybe not quite enough for her lyrical and musical composition abilities). Roman the guitarist has written a lot of the instrument music in the past, so he's a huge part of the sound of Jinjer, but Vlad the drummer (who also plays guitar and classical piano, but so far not in most Jinjer songs - I think he played piano in lainnereP) has been writing more of it and wrote nine of the eleven songs for the newest album Wallflowers, first three videos are out for Vortex, Mediator and Wallflower. Eugene composes some - he wrote the instrument music for one song on Wallflowers and a few songs on other albums, and I know that apart from his amazing work on the bass, he adds riffs and has written lyrics for a few Jinjer songs. The band (all members have been Ukrainian, with Russian their first language) started in eastern Ukraine in 2009 as a group of three (then five) with none of the current members (they consider the official start of the band when Tatiana replaced the male vocalist and Roman joined as lead guitar 2009/2010), Vlad is the fifth drummer (joined in 2016) and it's been a group of four since 2015 (though they consider their road sound engineer Sasha to be a fifth member). I think they're still friends with all the former members. One of the things I love most about Jinjer is the messages in Tatiana's lyrics and the way she combines growling and beautiful singing with Jinjer's fantastic instrumentals to be so powerful for expressing the anger and pain in those messages: the anti-war message in Home Back, the anti-greed in On The Top, Mediator and No Hoard Of Value (also the horror of the coal mining industry in their home Ukraine), the protest song Who Is Gonna Be The One, the anti-fascism of Sit Stay Roll Over, the anger at people being narrow minded in Teacher Teacher and Judgment & Punishment, the struggles with mental health in Pit Of Consciousness, Vortex, Wallflower and Perennial, the giving voice to mother nature angry at humanity for letting capitalism destroy her in a bunch of songs like Ape, The Prophecy, Cloud Factory, Noah, Outlander and Bad Water. Other favorites are I Speak Astronomy, Retrospection, Words of Wisdom, Just Another, Captain Clock, Scissors, Exposed As A Liar, I Want It I'll Get It, A Plus Or A Minus, Dip A Sail, When Two Empires Collide, lainnereP, Prologue and Beggar's Dance (those last two are short album bookends that might do well together in one reaction). I haven't found a Jinjer song I don't love, so I think you can't go wrong if you choose any of them, but a few good choices might be Perennial (official and/or live at Wacken, both are must-see), Teacher Teacher (official and/or live in Melbourne), Judgement & Punishment (official and/or Tatiana's one take performance, again both must-see), Pit of Consciousness (official and/or live in Kiev/Kyiv, a third where both are absolutely must-see) or the heartwrenching plea against war in Home Back (official video). Enjoy! ❤🖤🤘
“We release them in this house” -Subbed-Lol Got to appreciate all life, even spiders. 🖤 Great reaction! Look forward to watching more of your vids. Take care!
I enjoyed your reaction. It's always great to see people experience Jinjer for the first time. They're a phenomenal band and there's a large catalog of their music and videos for you to dive in to. I'd suggest checking out their older stuff first before getting in to the new album (Wallflowers). Perennial Live at Wacken would be a good choice for your next reaction as it will give you a good taste of Jinjer live. Welcome to the Jinjer rabbit hole!
Welcome to the entrance of the Jinjer rabbit hole! Nice reaction. You may enjoy their songs "Cloud Factory official live video", "Retrospection live in Melbourne", "Who Is Gonna Be The One official live video", "Pit of Consciousness live in Kiev" and Tatiana's one take vocal of "Judgement and Punishment". If you want to to dig into their newest album then maybe start with "Vortex", "Mediator" and "Wallflower".
I love it when people comment during the break before the chorus 😂 I literally saw your eyes looking at the other members to see if they were growling 😂 Jinjer virgins are my favorite 😂🖤🖤🖤 Every single member of Jinjer are next level musicians. Best thing in metal 🔥 Subbed!
I feel like everyone played me there -_- LOL! Walked me into a den of surprise if nothing else haha! LOVED that whole experience and SUUUUPER pumped to keep listening to Jinjer, Holy Christmas.. that was awesome! Thank you SO much for subscribing! I honestly appreciate that more than you know :) Welcome aboard!
If you think they are good in studio, then wait till you see them live. They've been touring for more than ten years. Their sound is incredible. And Tatiana is a master front woman. I don't just mean her voice either. She is super charismatic; kicking, jumping, headbanging, and the way she controls the audience harkens back to old school frontmen like David Lee Roth.
I love the partial face of some one getting Queen TaTi thrown in their face lol got tickets for Dec in Phoenix az and I have seen Zeppelin live so I know a show when I see one . Good show on the JinJer Journey..
This is a solid starting list. I'll add a few here though all the Jinjer is amazing 🤩 Beware: there's a couple false endings in some of their songs, which sometimes fools reactors! So make sure the video/song is all the done haha Some fan favorites besides the ones already listed above... Wallflower (from new album) Perennial (live is often requested but music video is also great) I Speak Astronomy (probably my absolute #1 favorite, except Wallflower may be edging it out!) Who Is Gonna Be the One Pit of Consciousness On the Top Outlander (one of my favs!!) Home Back Captain Clock
Seeing them perform live would probably be the best thing to do next, which is usually either Perennial Live at Wacken 2019 or Who's Gonna Be The One, for which the official video is a live performance they did in Kiev. They're all Ukrainian, by the way.
Wait! You didn't know? I'll be back after work..! 👉👉 @00:30 IT'S TIIIIIIME!!! ... This is the only way to start us off on this band! 👏😁 @04:00 I love the instrumentals in this song..! 🙏🙏🙏 Tatiana's voice is just wonderful! 🙌 @06:30 Idk how you feel about the melodic/rhythmic segments versus the heavier segments, but I'm glad that we've dipped our toes into what's closer to the waters in which I prefer to soak 😇 @10:40 My only suggestion rn is 'Teacher teacher' by Jinjer..! 'I speak astronomy' is great too, but aside from those, the rest demand too much patience for me to muster 🤷🙄 @10:50 Hey, "judgmental" no worries - most of us react the same the first time 🤷
If you want live Jinjer badassery, I recommend “Who’s Gonna be the One” official video from Napalm, or (from the same show) “Words of wisdom”, or “Pit of Consciousness” Live Kiev. Nice take btw.
Hi Chief - your reaction was great! Yes, Tatiana is who draws you into the band, but the deeper you go, the more you realize that they are truly a band - not a single one of them is less than extraordinary at what they do, and the end product is currently the best out there right now. And they are getting better. Oh, and if you want brutal deep growls, she can go lower than what she did in Pisces - (Home Back, Who is Gonna Be the One Live are good examples). Interestingly, this song was performed to introduce their new drummer, Vlad (or Vladi), who brought a slightly jazzier influence to their sound than was brought by their previous drummer, Dmitriy Kim, who performed on their third album, King of Everything (he's actually still with the band, just not drumming - apparently, he is not a fan of long tours). Vlad is actually their 4th drummer, and seems to be here to stay. On a related note, their first drummer, Vyacheslav, apparently fell out of a 3rd floor window, so was unable to continue drumming (I'm not sure how he's doing, but the band has certainly had its share of trials and tribulations). Finally, and it's actually another oddity of the band - they've been around since 2009, but they literally have zero remaining original members. Tatiana and Roman (guitarist) joined in 2010, Eugene joined in 2011, and finally Vlad joined in 2016.
Welcome to Jinjer! Great reaction to Jinjer and "Pisces". Even greater you recognized the skill and tightness of the whole band so quickly. Incredibly versatile, and though "pisces" is a great starter, there are many better songs from them out there. Often "Perennial" live at Wacken is recommended next, as it displays Tatis abilities even at the end of a live gig, but as you do not doubt her abilities I think you can skip this one for now. Try "Teacher Teacher" instead, as it shows a very different harder side of Jinjer. (This is my favourite title from them - it always leaves with tears in my eyes.)
Official video suggestions: Teacher, Teacher Vortex I Speak Astronomy Cloud Factory Retrospection Wallflower No Hoard Of Value (official lyric video) Home Back Mediator Sit Stay Roll Over Live suggestions: Perennial live at Wacken Who Is Gonna Be The One live On The Top live in Kiev Pit Of Consciousness live in Kiev Judgement & Punishment (one take vocal performance) Captain Clock live at Resurrection Fest
The video with probably the biggest WTF effect. :) Tatiana is angel and demon in one person, and she can effortlessly switch between them in a split second. The same goes for the musicians at her side, who do the whole thing musically. _____________________ 【 Our rock never dies ever. Forever! 】- from BAND-MAID 'Manners' 🕊
The4 band are sooo tight and technical ...drummer plays a lot of ghost notes and tight fills ...bass plays some lovely hammer on slide bass and the as for tatiania....all that from a tiny lady ...deeper than any man ive ever heard and such vocal range its unbelievable...enjoy the rest ..
Welcome, sir. Welcome to possibly the most collectively talented band of the last decade, if not the century. . Yep, that's Vlad on drums. Funny thing - this video was supposed to be about him, as he had just joined the band at this point. Tati does kind of steal the show...☺️
Hey Chief....nice video. If you love Jinjer (and who doesn't?) you should check out a Candian band called Spiritbox. Try Blessed Be, Circle with Me or Yellowjacket. Any song really. Just like Band-Maid they haven't got a bad song.
Totally agree. In fact, he reacted to Circle With Me 3 months ago, and was eager to listen to more Spiritbox, but no further reactions so far, unfortunately. I live in hope, though…😁

She is going from normal vocal cords to what is known as false vocal cords, (a different part of the throat) and was trained how to use them.

Enjoy! ❤🖤🤘
More Jinjer you won’t be dissapointed
subbed n waiting for more Jinjer! Btw, Vortex is too soon for you :D Perennial (live at Wacken) should be next!
“We release them in this house” -Subbed-Lol Got to appreciate all life, even spiders. 🖤 Great reaction! Look forward to watching more of your vids. Take care!
Thank you so much and yes absolutely! Life is precious 💜 Much love to you! Thank you so much! Have an amazing day ☺️
I enjoyed your reaction.
Welcome to the Jinjer rabbit hole! You next need to react to “JINJER - Perennial (Live at Wacken Open Air 2019)”
Welcome to the jinjer World.. 😅 🇺🇦 😎 Best next Song parennial live AT wacken 2019!!!! Epik...
Welcome to the Jinjer Army!
Oh i do love watching peoples reactions to this one lol
I love it when people comment during the break before the chorus 😂 I literally saw your eyes looking at the other members to see if they were growling 😂 Jinjer virgins are my favorite 😂🖤🖤🖤
Every single member of Jinjer are next level musicians.
Every time I jump into comment section under Jinjer reactions, I meet all the same people ))))
You have a very calm, soothing voice 😮 my recommendation is JinJer, Teacher Teacher 😎
You're so kind! Thank you! Teacher, Teacher is CERTAINLY coming soon!
Ha! I love watching people's reaction to this song!
I love the partial face of some one getting Queen TaTi thrown in their face lol got tickets for Dec in Phoenix az and I have seen Zeppelin live so I know a show when I see one . Good show on the JinJer Journey..
((lol))....."Hang about!"
Pure English for "Hold on!"
Great reacktion. Perennial live at Wacken next please.
Check out their UA-cam channel. You can see the musicians performing individually. They’re all incredibly talented and skilled artists.
The next videos I recommend watching:
Jinjer - Perennial Live
Jinjer - Vortex
Jinjer - Mediator
Jinjer - Judgement and Punishment Vocal Performance
Jinjer - Teacher, Teacher
This is a solid starting list. I'll add a few here though all the Jinjer is amazing 🤩 Beware: there's a couple false endings in some of their songs, which sometimes fools reactors! So make sure the video/song is all the done haha
Some fan favorites besides the ones already listed above...
Wallflower (from new album)
Perennial (live is often requested but music video is also great)
I Speak Astronomy (probably my absolute #1 favorite, except Wallflower may be edging it out!)
Who Is Gonna Be the One
Pit of Consciousness
On the Top
Outlander (one of my favs!!)
Home Back
Captain Clock
Better late than never. ;-) Welcome to the party.
;)
Teacher teacher next 💪
"It is what it is." A harbinger of Judgement (& Punishment)! That's funny!
Seeing them perform live would probably be the best thing to do next, which is usually either Perennial Live at Wacken 2019 or Who's Gonna Be The One, for which the official video is a live performance they did in Kiev. They're all Ukrainian, by the way.
New sub, here to see more Jinjer 🤘🤘🤘
Wait! You didn't know?
I'll be back after work..! 👉👉
@00:30 IT'S TIIIIIIME!!! ... This is the only way to start us off on this band! 👏😁
@04:00 I love the instrumentals in this song..! 🙏🙏🙏 Tatiana's voice is just wonderful! 🙌
@06:30 Idk how you feel about the melodic/rhythmic segments versus the heavier segments, but I'm glad that we've dipped our toes into what's closer to the waters in which I prefer to soak 😇
@10:40 My only suggestion rn is 'Teacher teacher' by Jinjer..! 'I speak astronomy' is great too, but aside from those, the rest demand too much patience for me to muster 🤷🙄
@10:50 Hey, "judgmental" no worries - most of us react the same the first time 🤷
If you want live Jinjer badassery, I recommend “Who’s Gonna be the One” official video from Napalm, or (from the same show) “Words of wisdom”, or “Pit of Consciousness” Live Kiev.
Tatiana and Roman (guitarist) joined in 2010, Eugene joined in 2011, and finally Vlad joined in 2016.
you have the same grey eyes that I do, rare and yeah Tatiana is a beast as well as the band
Only on the days that they're not green or blue haha! Rare eyes ftw. Let's go!
ABSOLUTE beast! I can't wait for more Jinjer tbh
check out "I Speak Astronomy" and "Vortex" these are great songs also
I like Jinjer's "Pit of Consciousness". But all their songs are good. Dive in.
perennial live @ wacken and then on to teacher teacher.
Orbit Culture - North Star of Nija (Live in Studio)
Awaits the gotcha moment 😆😆
Perennial live at wacken!
Clever song writing this...chill, dreamy underwater sound and then Bosh!...predatory...shark attack!! :-))
Official video suggestions:
Teacher, Teacher
Vortex
I Speak Astronomy
Cloud Factory
Retrospection
Wallflower
No Hoard Of Value (official lyric video)
Home Back
Mediator
Sit Stay Roll Over
Live suggestions:
Perennial live at Wacken
Who Is Gonna Be The One live
On The Top live in Kiev
Pit Of Consciousness live in Kiev
Judgement & Punishment (one take vocal performance)
Captain Clock live at Resurrection Fest
Just subscribed because of this video keep it up
You LEGEND! Thank you so much, Victor :) Welcome, friend!
@@Chief322 thank you I just enjoy helping smaller youtubers
@@victorbradshaw7359 Well, you sir, are an absolute star :) It really does mean a lot, bro :)
Outlander live to go back, Teacher Teacher for breadth of skills.
Home back
Please react to Perenial, or who's is gonna be the one (both live). And judgement and punishment (on take live recording with reggae verses)
VORTEX or HOMEBACK next!
It is what it is, you say? The "Jugdement and Punishment" (one take) tells something about it. :)
The video with probably the biggest WTF effect. :) Tatiana is angel and demon in one person, and she can effortlessly switch between them in a split second. The same goes for the musicians at her side, who do the whole thing musically.

FAM! 😂
Would not say that Pisces is a typical song for Jinger, you might wanna check out some of their other stuff to get a better grip of the band
You should try IGNEA whatever song,
Yes thats Tatiana
Mediator off the new album wallflowers and wallflower the last vidio
Welcome, sir. Welcome to possibly the most collectively talented band of the last decade, if not the century.
.
Yep, that's Vlad on drums. Funny thing - this video was supposed to be about him, as he had just joined the band at this point. Tati does kind of steal the show...☺️
VORTEX!!!!!!!!!
Next INFECTED RAIN - Postmortem Pt. 1 evtl.
VORTEX next
do perennial live at wacken. or vortex or mediator from their new album! their new album is by far their heaviest. lyrically and musically
Hey Chief....nice video. If you love Jinjer (and who doesn't?) you should check out a Candian band called Spiritbox. Try Blessed Be, Circle with Me or Yellowjacket. Any song really. Just like Band-Maid they haven't got a bad song.
Spiritbox are fantastic!
I'll settle for 'Holy roller' and 'Circle with me', but I'll recognize that most of their songs are superb..! 🙏
Totally agree. In fact, he reacted to Circle With Me 3 months ago, and was eager to listen to more Spiritbox, but no further reactions so far, unfortunately. I live in hope, though…😁
@@aitchessanon4312 Sounds like that might have been the reaction that helped me come across his channel (cuz I was binging reactions to 'Circle with me' about three months ago 🤣
Cannot say for sure dou
@@wahaha6961 Yes, that was how I found this channel too!
Excelente!!! Yes , Yes ....the skill musician , All of Us say the same ; good music. Nah...Tatiana !! She is a Alpha Lioness. Please check Live performance : OutLander , Cloud factory , Perenial , Speak Astronomia...Whatever.
