What a great winter camp and I loved that sunset...Wow! Your camping spot is outstanding... I will opt out of the GAW, I have one of those... Good drone shots ... The one shot with you in camp looked like a close call with the trees..
I got super lucky on that first shot not to hit any trees... came a little closer than I meant :)

What an awesome spot! I once drove past there from Denver to Fairplay and despite the fog at the time, remember wondering the hills, trees and the North Fork South Platte River running alongside the road.

I love Lost Creek. I'm looking at the 40 mile loop this year if everything goes as planned.
Hope we can get some more snow so there is nice runoff. That will be very fun out there once spring hits.

Love your videos! I recently discovered that Luxe has some extra products that are only listed in japan. Such as a sliver UV version of the Minipeak XL, silnylon rain pants, and two smaller tent designs. Thought it was interesting, the site is uside.net
this is the minipeak or hexpeak from luxe hiking gear and how well the LT titanium stove fit in...I looking too get the same set up hexpeak and LT 12inch stove...and did you notice some deformtion on the stove with mutli use..usually a titanium stove is square shape thk man nice info

I’m in. How are you liking the Minipeak XL? I am hesitant. I’m feeling I need something with more space, but not sure I want to take the weight penalty.
I like it, but it is a bit small. This biggest issue I have is the lack of snow flaps... wind can really get under the edges sometimes.
@@RestlessWonderer I agree. The Megahorn 4P would be more suitable, especially with a sled. My concern is more with regards to the material. I know of a few folks who had their syl nylon tents damaged by holes from sparks that the arrestor didn’t prevent. Pomoly makes a great set of tents with skirts , with a more durable fabric. I’m leaning towards them.
Soo many choices out there now, it’s crazy 😜
