Track mode has less to do with the peak power available, as it should be the same as sport mode, but it reduces some of the ABS electronic braking and linked braking interventions. This allows a rider on the track to have more direct control over the bike in racing conditions at a track. Don't forget about Track+ Mode ;)
I just purchased a CVO ST and look forward to your continued research and development on tuning these new bikes. Also, I am considering the S&S 2 into 1 exhaust, what are you thoughts on this exhaust for this bike?
Here's a random fact that gas cap is the exact same mechanism as the one on my 2016 BMW. My advice to you, It sucks when you need fuel and the little solenoid doesn't have the power to release the crusty latch 😲 push Down,😔 to alleviate the latch stress 😬 and a little solenoid will grow some balls.. unlatch and open your fuel tank
I have a 2024 CVO road glide but not the ST model. When setting up the ride modes you have the ability to select throttle response, ABS, and traction control. There might be other parameters that are controllable, but this is going off the top of my head.
Hey guys just purchased 2024 breakout 117. Want back ordered Bassani sweepers installed. Harley says they will only use prostreet tuner an anything else voids 2 year warranty so dynojet tuner out of the question. What is your recommendation? Should I just leave bike stock till 2 year warranty expires then get dynojet tune an pipes I want?
I have the same '24 CVO-ST, is there a way to 'bypass' the anit-lock braking? I want to run traditional lines. Or at least have the option to electronically disable the ABS?
I have a 21 RGS 114, I love it and ride about 10k mi per year. I have the RDRS and I love it. I only have rain mode and norm but they both work well. My 850# bagger does wheelies! Fun but I kinda want a new one with water cooled heads.
Test rode a 24 road glide today. I was hesitant at first because i didn't want to end up kicking myself in the ass for buying a 23 anniversary RG. To be honest, the 24's didn't have enough to me to feel regret about buying the 23. There are a few things that i liked about the 24 over the 23 but that was it. IMO, i felt that the sport mode was "gimmicky" and did nothing but make the throttle too twitchy. I am happy with my decision to get the 23. Now the cvo RG might change my toon a little.
In a couple years when the aftermarket catches up these new bikes will be awesome.. The heads, bigger throttle body, added compression ect, are going to make these things really rock over the outgoing M8's.. But like you, I really hate a stock bike, and the aftermarket is endless on the 23 and under bikes so enjoy your ride brother!! Any M8 with a cam & exhaust is all anyone really needs.. The power they make with just a cam and pipe swap is amazing compared to twin cams.. I'm still on my 2010 street glide, as I decided to build the motor to a high compression 107 & heads, clutch, compensator, legends suspension, wheels, bars, brakes, stereo, all in 2021.. So I'm now waiting several more years before going to a new one, but I really am jealous of the power the m8 makes so easily, Kruesi just got like 95hp & 118tq out of the 117 thru stock exhaust on his recent video..Those are stellar numbers!! I got mine brand new in Jan 2011 and I'm really attached to it now, especially how good it rides after the full rebuild.. Ended up with 123hp 128tq
Random fact: One of the platypus' most unusual characteristics is that, while it lays eggs, it also has mammary glands used to feed its babies, not through nipples, but from milk that it sweats from its body.
Isn’t top spend limited cuz of the bags? My Super Duke GT limits top speed to 110 because of the bags catching wind with aerodynamic forces increased affecting handling. Cars want to fly as speed increases especially trucks. Trucks higher off ground with more air turbulence.
Not sure about the cvo but on the standard model, the only way to get 100% throttle is to make a custom ride mode with max throttle. Would love to see that tested. it seems like most people dont know about it.
Random fact- To make percentages easier you can flip the numbers around. If you needed to figure out what 8% of 75 is, it’s the same as 75% of 8. Which would be 6. Makes a huge difference figuring the answer out in your head.

random fact: I have a CVO Road Glide ST and I'm bringing it to BLOCKHEAD for an S&S 475 cam and 2into1 pipes as soon as somebody comes up with a tuner.
Random Fact: I just bought my Ruroc helmet and am getting my first bike next month! Side note thanks blockhead, I’ve been watching since day one and it’s been a long road but here I am gonna finally ride soon! RSSV yall
Random Fact: Fedora: The term fedora originates from a play titled, Fédora, in 1882. The heroine of the play, Princess Fédora, wore a hat very similar to what is considered a fedora today. Men began wearing fedoras during the 1920s and they were very popular on the east coast of the United States.. .. Thanks Google
The bigger question will be if it is even able to be tuned. I thought all new bikes are locked because of the EPA and a lot of them have not been able to be "jail broken."
The fastest man made object is a manhole cover that left the earth's atmosphere during an underground nuclear bomb test. It's suspected to have possibly even left the solar system by now.

FunFact from the Joe Dirt film - When the poop is coming out of the septic tank and landing on Joe, he asks, "Is It done? How much is in there?" This was not scripted and was in fact David Spade asking director Dennie Gordon how much longer it would go on, as it had been going for a full minute.
I think I enjoy Chris’s videos the most now he is such a damn nerd! Nerd! But great information in a way that nobody else is doing just putting real facts on the interwebs
Random Fact: Do you know where the saying, Cold enough to freeze the balls off a brass monkey came from? Back in the Cannon Ball days the plate that they stacked Cannon balls on, called the Monkey would rust because of the sea water and the balls would stick, so they started making them brass, but when they came to North America it would get cold and the Monkey would shrink so the Cannon balls would fall off. Hence, Cold enough to freeze the balls off a brass Monkey!!!

119 as I own this bike and I can get to 120 but begins to shut down at 119 it stays the same.
So... if we want to upgrade the speed & power of the 2024 CVO RG ST, what parts must be replaced?? thnks
A group of Hippos is called a Bloat.
Could you dyno the 2022 RG or SG with the traction control. With it off with it on and with it in rain mode.
115 on my 2022 RG
From what I’ve heard. Of course I have not gotten that fast.
Random Fact: HD, not letting you buy is bullshit.
I have the same '24 CVO-ST, is there a way to 'bypass' the anit-lock braking? I want to run traditional lines. Or at least have the option to electronically disable the ABS?
Yes: scrap it and buy an EVO.
Fun fact, in 1942 the US military called for Harley to make an opposed cylinder engine with a shaft drive similar to BMW so they made the XA model.
Also, I'm pretty sure that the difference between sport and track mode will be the driver aids and the level of intervention by those aids.
Difference between Sport and Track mode is in engine braking, more in Sport ,less in Track. Great video.👍
Not just WOT map modes will be different power delivery based on throttle position. Compare these graphs?
RDRS or stability control will also control how power is delivered with TC and ABS especially cornering ABS/cornering TC.

The fact is you can play a Jason Maraz song while Dynoing in that hat.
Question about these new bike. Do think these modes are necessary? Next question , can the ABS and the power modes be eliminated. Thanks
