We had our Solis inverter installed last November. We have had problems ever since. The lights are flickering constantly every night. Installer also asked us to install 2 different lights but the flickering continues. When I bypass the Solis system, and go directly to the grid, I have no flickering at all. The installer already replaced the inverter once and the flicking continued. Also, the Soluna battery doesn't kick in, sometimes at all, and we are in the dark during a power outage. It happened twice last night. I want to believe that our installer means well but this has been going for over 8 months now. Is it the system or the installer? Any input or advice is very much appreciated
The installation is not right, if you have a Hybrid inverter then the inverter should be in bypass operations as long there's power from the grid, as soon the grid goes out, then the battery kicks in, do you have a split phase system 120v per phase? or is it 240 phase, If it is split phase then the Neutral should be attach to the neutral of the inverter, and mostly make sure the grid standard is set right in the inverter for your region
Hola estimado primero que todo excelente vídeo, una pregunta me imagino que para usted sera fácil responderla.. tengo un Solis de 3 kw .. y me ha dado ya tres alarmas OV-G-V1:....lo tengo ya de hace un mes.. Tengo un medidor de voltaje instalado para rieldin en mi tablero testea amperes watts voltaje y siempre esta constante 230 a 235 volts y no tengo transformadores cerca a mi casa tengo una red publica muy normal. ..Nunca he movido parametros como para dejar un voltaje de corte en caso de picos de corriente y tampoco en menos voltaje ..Te comento cuando lo compre me dijeron que no moviera ningún parametro llegar e instalar!!!.. Lo compre e instale de fabrica.. Tengo entendido que hay que entrar a configuración avanzada y buscar acá en mi pais CHILE por los ciclo osea los Hz acá somos 50... Este inversor de fabrica viene en otra norma mas americana, busco información y muchos dicen que hay que entrar a configuración avanzada luego usuario definido y dejarlo en CHILE ya que hay varias opciones regiones paises !!!.. gracias y quedo atento , saludos
