Sadly the class he’s in it has to be a farm stock block. It’s a super modified farm stock tractor. Meaning the power adders is unlimited, i.e. turbo size or number of turbos, unlimited injection pump work, also bore size, stroke length, and cams, all the other goodies can be modified past stock. And that day they found the limit to that stock block. The limit to boost pressure anyways!
As a kid in the 70s I remember them running one or more engines on modifieds no fenders ,no helmet and no roll cage. Times have changed and a lot more safety features.
No money in farmin… gosh that looks anything but something a wealthy man can do… yikes! To explode a diesel block makes me think she was def getting some extra air! Hope ya pull another day operator
What. How did it “unload” the back tires. The front end was in the air. The bulge at the bottom never changed. At that point in the pull the box was halfway up. Furthermore. The RPMs never changed.
@@TheJohndeere466I agree completely. But you are right. This one did not. I have been pulling for ten years myself and watching from the pits since I was a kid. I am not trying to argue at all. I just do not like the people that act like they know what they are talking about because they know two words about pulling. So yes. If they hit the bars hard enough they will definitely loose the tires.

That sounds really stupid/dangerous
Breakage happens sometimes. Especially after a long season.
This is an excellent explanation. Thank you.
With all of that Torque something has to Give 😮
Boost is what makes them blow apart like that! 👍👍
that is how it goes in pulling sometimes.
Hole new meaning to blockbuster👍. Glad everyone was ok
We are just glad everyone was ok. Safety equipment worked.

Sorry for this guys misfortune...but that carnage was incredible to see.
Thank you for your support! Good comment!
JD will not warrant that motor!😊
I think that motor has long since been off warranty.
I feel sorry for Chuck and Cory. After all they’re my neighbors.
That was serious carnage to that block
Yup. The block is finished.
Terrible!Glad driver is ok!
Safety equipment did its job. We are very thankful.
Well looks like the frame might be salvageable
True enough.

They will be pulling again. This family has a long history of pulling.
I see everyone moved off the track.
A lot happened in a hurry. It all was sorted out.
Wonder how much that cost him i can only guess this spirt is not cheap by any count.
Nobody gets rich in pulling. We do it because we enjoy it.
Soon as it unloaded those back tires the rpm’s came up, 😬I knew it was comin!!

@@viddomarcheese Not saying this did but some tractors unload the back tires when the wheelie bars hit the ground.

High cylinder Presure.
The owner was like I don't need a billet block it's a JD it can handle it....NOT
He was competing within the rules of his class.
Terrible!Glad driver is ok!
As are we. Thank you.
Nice catch.. Is that a 466 block? I'm glad nobody was hurt.
Something in there was made in china.
Well looks like the frame looks salvageable
Always a silver lining, right?
John Deere be like… you need a service tech to flash update your computer. 😂
Ok, now this is a pretty funny comment.
You ain't competing without breaking stuff
Often times that is how pulling can go.
I bet there was more dip spit on that ground than oil 🤣
Well that is certainly an interesting take.
i think it just lost compression
We are just glad he is ok. Safety equipment did its job.
A little duct tape and polish and it'll be fine.
That'll fix anything.
