I remember seeing this in Hot Rod back when it was mostly a pair of engines. It looks fantastic now that's it all done, and I'm surprised Hot Wheels didn't jump on it. It would make a good Redline Club or Premium, or even nicely done Mainline. Aside from the Ed Roth-esque styling, the engineering is impressive as well. I can't remember ever seeing a twin-engined street car, much less a big rig. Normally, multi-motors are reserved for the dragstrip or tractor pulls. I'm so happy this thing is road-legal, it's a massive tribute to hot-rodding.

would you sell it for 12 mil? seems a little underpriced being most of these trucks cost 100k stock and not modified, if sell for 20-30 just for the novelty of it all.

@@ponzi_bunny the fab work alone for this was probably close to a half mil, then you have the price of labor of putting it together and if labor is anywhere near what a mechanic charges it could easily be another half mil. Not to mention parts.

Imagine being on the highway in your Nissan Micra and that rolls up to your rear bumper... one blast of those airhorns you would disintegrate.
Don't worry it only runs up till 130mph, even with an NOS, superchargers, and a massive engine. Cause it's a diesel semi after all. I don't know about Micra, but thankfully it's still slower than an average car(otherwise the semi truck would have humiliated cars, lmao).

I don't know about that. There's a ton of custom parts and fabrication involved and the time it took in those 7 years to make it. I bet the return isn't as amazing as you think, but even if he only made 1mil off of the sale, that's still about 100k per year profit after taxes.
Whoever bought that truck better keep it pristine and intact until the end of days. It is a gem.

You would think it's in some crazy collection and it belongs to a billionaire, the Saudis have the highest amount of billionaires and millionaires than any other in the world and all from black gold of course. In fact they have so much money that you can drive all around the deserts that surround Dubai or Bahrain and see abandoned supercars everywhere that are broken down because it's just easier to get a new one instead of the parts needed to fix them. And that's a fact.
And if you have the money you can go there and take them if you want but it won't be cheap at all. Crazy huh!!

Shock wave has a freaking jet engine strapped on the back, it’s a literal low-flying rocket, and it’s not street legal for obvious reasons, while THIS truck only relies on an insane amount of cylinders and superchargers, AND its F***ING STREET LEGAL, it also won’t blow up if it travels a lot of distance, unlike shockwave, which will probably have critical failure before it reaches a mile mark

This is the truck I saw on UA-cam a couple of years ago. It's rated at 3000 horsepower and I think they sold it to a guy in India. He got a couple of million for one. If I'm not correct, that's that's cool. The brakes won't stop that if it goes fast. It has to have parachutes on the back to slow it down and stop it with the brakes thank you.
That’s great! Top speed of 130 mph! I have my class A CDL and can’t tell you how many mutant truck drivers have told me they’ve had their daily work rig at these speeds or higher (160 is the highest I’ve heard yet) while pulling a trailer.

@@saundersge2 I wish I had been speaking to a Canuck, and it was just a bit of lost in translation, but alas, I am certain I was speaking with a mutant American. I’ve brought that to their attention, the tire rating thing, and the fact the transmission and differential aren’t geared for those speeds, not to mention the amount of HP and toque needed to overcome the air resistance at 160 MPH… all to no avail.

It has a row of monitors across the dash connected to cameras in the front end, you watch the monitors to see where your going.

I always thought it would be an amazing idea for rigs to have drones attached somewhere on the exterior that can take off and be controlled from the driver seat to survey the up coming area. This is definitely a rig that needs one. Cops will probably have them on suv's in the future.

OK, so it cost a little less than $12 million to build. Still a little out of my budget right now. Many naysayers along the way, but where are they now? This project fits what I’ve read so many times about people that operate at another level. Congrats on a fabulous build.

Was a sun roof an option at all for these rigs? Obviously custom on this one but it's the little details like that that make this amazing. I remember the first time I saw all those superchargers and I'm still putting the pieces of my brain back together.
Kenworth had the option to get a sun roof ober the cab area if you had a sleeper

Love how in Australia you put a light bar on top of your bull bar and your car gets defected for inhibited visibility, yet that thing is road legal despite being one giant blind spot.
I doubt its road legal in USA, however it has forward facing cameras and monitors across the dash that you watch instead of looking out the windshield.
tbh the vehicle don't look so tall to make such blind spot. i've seen bigger trucks.
