मेरा बी12 रिपोर्ट ठीक है , Methacolbin 1500 लेने से यह ठीक है । अभी समस्या यह है कि मुझे रात में सोने के 1 घंटे बाद पैर के तलवों में बीच पोर्शन पर दर्द होने लगता है। फिर मालिश आदि के बाद ही नींद आती है । यह क्या है । Stalix M 50/500 एमजी दो बार ले रहा हूं .
@@balarajubarigorlajc5435 Carbohydrate reduce them , eat only 1 type of carbs chapatis or rice or use jware bajra bhakri etc eat more protiens and limited non sucrose fructose fruots , young age main ti will reduce automatically , i am now in slighly above diabetes or in prediabetes stage now sometimes without diabetes medicines .

I am a diabetis patient for the last 1 year but now I am in pre-diabetis stage without any medicine even Metformin

You have to take care about your diet, also you have to start exercise
reduce carb intake , eat jware bajra , dont eat multiple times catbs eat protien food like pulses and oats etc .
