very nice presentation sir ! thank you.... I accidently found Psyllium husk powder very beneficial for diabetes ( along with tabs and exercise ). I take 1 Tpsoon ( aprox 5 mg with 300ml water soaked for 15 min ) 10/12 min b4 meals then take tablet (ozomet vg1) and eat normal meal. PP sugar becomes like normal person around 135 to 150 mg also it minimises fasting sugar. Also I try to do 12 hrs of fasting after 6pm.

Dr sahab my fasting sugar without medicine remains 300- 400 and eat every thing but when I start medicines it control but i want less and cheap regular medicine pl suggest me medicine
