My name is Lucy, I'm a 23-year-old girl from the Netherlands, and I'm here to offer an alternative approach to beauty.
On this channel I do mostly hair tutorials where I show you how to braid, pin and style your own hair. I recreate hairstyles from movies & tv shows and I regularly come up with my own, which I love to share with you!
I do lifestyle and beauty videos as well, ranging from wearable everyday looks, makeup tips and DIY natural beauty treatments, to fashion lookbooks, vegetarian recipes and more extreme Halloween tutorials.

For teased hairstyles on smooth hair that tends to fall out of a tease, I recommend adding some dry shampoo powder or even cornstarch dusted at the scalp to help give the hair a bit more grip. Also, try the hairstyle on day-old hair instead of freshly washed. People of Anne's day usually washed their hair only once a week, so these hairstyles are made to work well with what we would consider "dirty" hair.
I have gotten to where I only wash my hair with shampoo about once a month, and I let it get greasy between. I use dry shampoo a couple times a week to keep the excess grease at bay and rinse in the shower a couple times a week to keep the smell down. My hair is the healthiest it’s ever been. It’s so soft and never gets badly tangled (rarely gets tangled at all). I also sleep with a satin night cap too, which helps preserve any curls I may have added (with foam rollers, not heat), and protects from damage and tangling that I used to get from cotton pillowcases. I have found that greasy hair doesn’t tend to have as many fly away hairs as clean hair does, and it makes for lovely braids when I feel like doing that.
I think there was an audition video on here of Megan Follows for the role of Anne, and after watching it it just confirms there could never have been a better actress for that role. She nailed it.
In my opinion Amybeth, who plays the role for Anne in the serial Anne with an E is better.

I love Meagan follows!! One of my favorite actresses ever!! I enjoyed how they made her softer and more beautifully feminine as they grew her character in the pbs series. She was so gorgeous. Thank you. I always wondered how they did her hair

Another one you could try was the outlandish half up half down hairstyle when Anne visited a sick Gilbert.
In the winter when my natural freckles start to fade, I sometimes "powder" on some fake freckles just like this. I just love my freckles so much and I get sad when they fade. ;) I have a small stipple brush that makes them look so natural

Ik ben heel erg fan van je beauty beacons (of fiction) je doet het altijd super en ik krijg steeds zin om zelf aan de slag te gaan met mijn haar of dat van m'n vriendinnen (ik zou dit meer moeten doen)! Rose uit titanic zou leuk zijn! Of Claire uit de serie Outlander, ze heeft zowel in het eerste als tweede seizoen interessante kapsels, van losjes achteruit tot prachtig opgestoken voor een bal in Parijs...
i love anne ❤. random tip, forehead freckles will look much more natural at the top of the forehead, where you would put bronzer, because of course the sun would hit here
