    I wasnt sure what you were doing, but i love that you kept the front alone and uplifted the raw top with your contact paper, looks very nice.

    Ironically I just got the same black wood style and re-did my entire computer desk - it looks awesome. I used your video as a guide while I was doing it. At first I was nervous but then I mastered it! Thanks for posting this!

    I’ve had the contact paper sitting in my new apartment for about a week, had a tooth pulled so I didn’t feel like doing any diy projects, but I’m healing nicely and ready to get back to diy! Great video!

    That definitely looks like the quality brand from Amazon. I ordered the
    cheaper Heroad black wood grain wallpaper first and I learned that you
    get what you pay for. The paper was extremely thin and tore easily, plus
    had a very dull finish. So I ordered another batch from Abyssaly and
    what a difference! Much thicker and had texture and a little shine to it
    (plus a lot easier to work with!

      I believe that's the same brand I got for the kallax , thought I t would go faster cause all the videos I saw any advice I would additionally give be patient , if bubbles happens use a hairdryer, if you get frustrated with a big project come back to it, if ur a perfectionist, take a breather, come back later.. ..this girl rocks btw

    How is holding up today? Thinking about doing this to a dresser i have. Any tips?

    • @planttheoryco
      @planttheoryco  3 роки тому +2

      It’s holding up! Just the edge was not sticky when pulling out the top drawer but that’s easy to fix but doesn’t bother me.

    Do you have to sand it

    • @planttheoryco
      @planttheoryco  4 роки тому +2

      I would a little just to make sure it’s smooth - if there’s any hard scratches
