iCEnhancer 4.0 is a Visual Overhaul mod for GTA IV which breathes new life into this classic! This is still in development and the footage in this video is from an early access build.
About GTA IV:
Niko Bellic, an Eastern European war veteran, migrates to Liberty City to forget the horrific and graphic memories of his past and for a better life, things don't come out as planned as he has to wipe out mobsters and loan sharks that are preventing his cousin, Roman from making money freely.

Still the best heist in GTA!
Niko didn't snort coke before the heist and therefore had to almost carry the entire heist under his shoulders.

It isn't, it's just a plain and simple shoot out, no planning or anything. GTA VC's heist was better
Yeah GTA V heist just isn’t the same they weren’t bad it just impractical for a group of guys to do a heist in a FBI building and they never get caught for it. Bank robbers normally get away and lay low for an extended period of time that’s more realistic.

The one mission that cemented Niko as one badass enforcer because there was no way in hell they wouldn't have escaped without his help.

Imagine if this heist would have been in the style of GTA V/Online with prep work and casing and whatnot (getting the bank layout, obtaining the PE4, getting unmarked rifles and masks, delaying the police response from the bank, etc.), it would have been even cooler. Remains as one of the best heist missions in the history of GTA.

This just isn't the best heist I'm GTA but the best mission in GTA 4 , this mission was so crazy, lots of cops died that day😂 and the sound of that m4 carbine sparking with packie and Derrick AK47 is just pure music 😌 GTA 4 is still the best GTA after SA, loved the vid will!
Also having Packie and Derrick shouting one-liners whilst gunning down the cops…just great atmosphere!

I've capped the game at 60fps, but I can managed around 65-75fps with this mod. The ENB doesn't affect performance that much so if you can already run GTA IV well then you'll be fine with iCEnhancer. I recommend visiting the discord link in the description and you'll find lots of info there. Just to make sure you're OK with everything before donating. :)
I sometimes imitate all the McReary's and their associates with various Irish accents just for a few laughs

I've played GTA 4 with ICEnhancer 3.0 years ago.
But I had to ditch it, because it broked missions, where you had to take photos with your phone.
Did they fix this problem in this version?
It's still an issue with this version too, but you can make out the people on the camera view enough to complete the mission (I completed it easy enough). He's currently working on a fix for that problem as someone else recently reported it.

Yes, but you’ll need to downgrade to version 1.0.4.0 or 1.0.7.0 for iCE3. iCE4 only works on 1.0.4.0 at this time.

My issue with gta iv graphics mods is that they make the game too saturated and clean, liberty city is supposed to be dark, cold and dirty
True, but granted, real life doesn't look that gloomy. Though you do got a point since the gloomy look is what gave GTA 4 its identity.
just play vanilla gta 4, or with something like cleanIV
Am I missing something, or is iCEnhancer 4.0 currently not downloadable? The last available version on the website is 3.0, with the 4.0 folder only having a gif...
It's only available to kofi supporters (monthly donations) as it's still in the "Early Access" phase. It's the 2nd link in the description.

What a dumb mission. They ran several blocks, through a subway, and through several waves of cops to a getaway vehicle when they could have just jumped in one from the start.
HERES A TIP: if you’ve dated the criminal gf lawyer a few times you can just call her to get the police off your back before you exit the subway. Clean getaway
The quality is built different for REAL🥲
