iCEnhancer 4.0 is a Visual Overhaul mod for GTA IV which breathes new life into this classic! This is still in development and the footage in this video is from an early access build.
About GTA IV:
Niko Bellic, an Eastern European war veteran, migrates to Liberty City to forget the horrific and graphic memories of his past and for a better life, things don't come out as planned as he has to wipe out mobsters and loan sharks that are preventing his cousin, Roman from making money freely.

It's really impressive how the shooting mechanics still feel fresh 15 years later. I do wish the game had more melee weapons though...just imagine a katana or machete with these mechanics!

Francis wanted a fall guy to mop people up, so he could get that promotion. I always saved Derrick though, so it didn't work out too well for Francis lmao

@@Hype679 yeah I always save Derrick as well although killing him will allow you to benefit from Francis that allows you to make him call off the cops. Derrick still dies from OD of coke which is cannon to the game, that whole family is fuked tbh, you still lose Kate at the ending either way as well but I feel it's better to save Derrick just off of loyalty despite Derrick was a snitch

@@StraightOutThaGudda4U I tried saving Francis once. Turns out, he can only call the cops off you (three stars or less) once. Only once. After that, his phone goes to voicemail permanently. Such a joke.
Derrick was on heroin, so that last bit doesn't surprise me. Packie's the only one who really made it out.
