Hello to you, I moved into a city that does not have a Trader Joe's nor do they have a Sprouts or Whole Foods. This city has a Grocery outlet please tell me or show us what we can buy from there please.

I downloaded the Bobby Aproved app yesterday and I went to Walmart, trader Joe's, Aldis and Barron's market which has a lot of organic products but I was amazed of how many Bobby Aproved items I found on the grocery outlet market here in southern California and amazing discount prices, they always have good prices in this store but is kind of like Aldis if you see something you like that is new buy it because when is gone is gone it feels kind of cool and weird at the same time people in the stores looking at me scanning all kinds of items lol.
Bobby ,you are one of the most proficient ,well informed ,intelligent food blogger .I follow you religiously .I am just an average doctor ,but i have learnt a lot more from you than from Med school .Incredbible ,but hai ,Rose is the icing on the cake and Art and Dessii ,add to the knowledge bank,.Shout out to you guys .Wonder if your wife could do a review of food from European markets,i am an Indian and i like to shop at European markets ,as most of european food has higher standard (less sugar,less evil Monsanto,clean food)compared to American food products .Cheers and much love .Thank you from the bottom of my heart guys .Kisses to the baby ,i am on my way to having triplets !!
I think it would be fun to see you shop at a 99 cent store. They have fresh fruits and veggies and sometimes organic. They sometimes sell individually packed fresh salmon single serving. Ingredients says wild caught pink salmon. It would just be fun to see you make something healthy from there if you can. It is a hit and miss store. That salmon I heard is low in nutrition on the salmon scale. They sell organic canned beans a lot of the time. I live in a tourist town and our snowbirds love to shop there. Go figure.
I was in aldi’s and picked up the a deli meat, turned over to read the ingredients saw natural flavors then said to myself “not Bobby approved” the lady behind me laughed and said “FlavCity “. I nodded and smiled. Made my day..
Nice to know about the Organic Oatmeal, BUT... The flax seeds do NO good if they are not ground. The shells are too hard and they pass right through the digestive tract. I put a tablespoon or so in a small spice grinder and add them to my oats (freshly ground is the best method). Buying pre-ground is okay, but you have to use them FAST because they go bad quickly in the pantry.
I just want to thank you, Art, and Dessi for all the research and hard work you all do! I have learned so much since I started to watch your channel in January. So, thank you for your dedication! I’m so happy that I’m gaining the knowledge to put healthier food in my body and especially for my family!! 😃

Can you do a video for people who have high blood pressure and what to eat when everything we eat pretty much has salt and how to lower your cholesterol.
It’s funny I prefer eating less sodium even though I don’t have high blood pressure (I did at one point) I just think it’s healthier. Once I ate too much sodium in one day and I woke up with bags under my eyes and felt so sick. A lot of TV dinners and cup of noodles have 800+ sodium and I stopped eating them altogether

I soooo appreciate these videos. We live in a rural area so not Costco, Sams, Whole Foods, Aldi etc. However, when we go to the big city for something I can confidently stop at a Trader Joes and know what to look for right away instead of being lost in all of the products I only see every couple of months. It would be great if your shopping list had links to any online shopping opportunities with the products. I would use that as my "healthy" Amazon for products. I am a busy Mom and dont enjoy "shopping" so it takes the stress out of all the choices. Thanks again!

Not sure if someone already commented but that chicken-less seasoning is not a rub! It’s an Australian thing that they call Chicken Salt. It’s supposed to somewhat mimic the flavor of a bouillon cube. It’s so simple but so good! Aussies typically put it on their fries but I highly recommend adding it to eggs! Also, I think the chicken salt that I usually buy is more heavy on the curry and TJ’s is more heavy on the celery flavor. Still super good!
Cannot understand the reasoning behind the refusal of some stores to have you reviewing. But, I do enjoy your hauls and also the recipes you make using your ingredients.
