Paul,i found out your channel a couple of weeks back.I downloaded the videos then, coz i had other priorities, but i didnt forget to like the videos; so if u received LIKE notification in bulk in recent weeks, yep it was me. The tips that u have provided my friend are mindblowingly good. Plz upload more editing tricks in caamtasia. A Big THANK You!
Hi Bando Lyrics, you can, there is a website dedicated to these kinds of prints but I can't remember where I got it!!! I'm trying to look for it now. If I come across it I'll let you know...
Thanks Frances! Good question, there is no transcript and I never thought to create them to be honest. You're the first to ask! I'm curious, do you normally refer to transcripts for other tutorials?
Here's a Cropping tip for you: With the media you want to crop selected on the timeline, Press and hold the ALT key. This takes you directly into Crop Mode with the blue cropping lines on the canvas. Make your crops and release the ALT key. I like this method because you don't have to use the Crop button and then remember to click the arrow button to switch back to regular mode. ;-)
Hey Lon! Yeah, since recording that tutorial I discovered the ALT key method for cropping and it works great! I've definitely had instances where I forget to deselect crop and it messes things up :) Thanks for reaching out. I sent you a message in LinkedIn, would be great to chat soon. Take care.
Hi Yusuf, it's my pleasure. I'm glad you found it helpful. Please let me know if you have any questions about Camtasia and I might even make a video about it.
TheFurmanUK thanks heaps for your feedback and sub, that means a lot to me. I'm glad you've jumped on to the Camtasia bandwagon. If ever have any questions related C9 or screen capture related let me know and I can.make a video on it.
MA OGTAHAY that's a good question. I'm using three coloured rectangles, enlarged them, set them on an angle, I think I added custom key frames so they move across the screen. Your question deserves a video response. I'll make a tutorial to answer your question and post it in the next two weeks.
I followed your instruction to create the pop up zoom. but I think it is missing something> because after it ends it covers the rest of the video. It doesn't end
Amazing video, for course a big like! 👉 I will use this on my next video 😀 in my case the thing I want to zoom is in the corner how can I make zoom but in the center of the screen...?
Hey AloniTuts, thank you very much for subscribing, that means a lot to me, and I'm glad you found the tutorial helpful. Please let me know if you have any questions or requests for future tutorials. I am here to help :) All the best with your channel.
Hi Bipole Moments, that's very kind of you to say. I do really enjoy making these tuts. I hope to get back to it in the near future. All the best with your video projects.
Thanks for the nice tutorial. I'm new on Camtasia and I want to learn how to use it professional to make tutorials. Could you please tell me how to select a specific area with that red stroke or border? For example on 1:04 minutes in this video. Thanks
You're welcome Faustin. The animated red stroke can be found under Annotations and Sketch Motion Callouts. Simply drag and drop onto the canvas or timeline, and resize the annotation. The other borders were also annotations from the Shapes option. Does that make sense? Please let me know if you have any further questions.
@1x37x hi there, if you're referring to the red stroke on 1:04, I'm not using custom key frames. That is an animated annotation. You can change the duration to make it faster or slower in the properties panel. If you want me to make a video to demonstrate this, please let me know

@@mobilefreelancer3831 glad to hear that I'm able to save you a few follicles of hair from your scalp :) FYI Camtasia 2020 is getting released soon, end of April if my sources are correct...
@@mobilefreelancer3831 I'm still on C9, will be upgrading to 2020 when it comes out. I haven't used the cursor smoothing yet so I don't have an informed opinion but I like the idea of it. When I release my Camtasia 2020 review I might make mention of it.
You're welcome Mehdi. Do you mean a 'glitch transition?' If yes, I haven't tried that effect in Camtasia. I've seen it done for animating annotations by other creators. I might need to do some research on it and get back to you.
Hi RyleRBX, are you still using Camtasia 8? If that's the case, I wish I could help but it's been ages since I used that version and I wouldn't know how to help with that. You'd have to have C9 at the very least, I'm sorry I can't be of any assistance.
So much packed into a short space of time - great help and great demo! Keep doing more as this is the best I have seen
