Really enjoying these videos as I get deeper into MSFS. Keep up the good content!

I payed for 1 month navigraph uploaded all the new procedures into littlenavmap and pulled the latest airac cycle from my comunitifolder so I have a backup. Now I have all of the latest procedures for just 10 dollars. This way littlenavmap gets even better. Just keep in mind you have your Airaccycle synced in lnm and msfs, always use the same version

Flightsim on a budget: In case it did not make any sens what i did ill try to clarify it a bit more. I toke the subscription Ultimate Monthly from Navigraph and then immediately canceled it, this way i get acces to it for one whole month. I download all the charts that are interesting for me and the regions i fly in. I updated my MSFS navdata with the navigraph navdata center, the i updated my little navmap data with the FMS data manager. When thats done i pull the 2 navigraph navdata folders from my community folder and place them in my personal addons folder which is use for my addonlinker . I use addon linker to put the latest navdata into my community folder again. i hope it makes any sens. I personally recommend using addon linker, it keeps your community folder clean and not overloaded.
The idea is to get the montly subscription twice a year, that should keep the navdata recent enough for flightsimming. So 20 dollars vs 90 for one whole year of nadata (but not always the latest).

Thank you for doing a review on Charts 7, a suggestion is to look at our new version, Charts 8.
A lot has changed and now we even have weather as a layer. :)

Thanks, I’ve actually been planning to do a video for beginners on how to use 8 in the coming months :)

Thanks for this. Great information. I personally find navigraph too expensive.

I'm almost certain, but whole EU region has it chats available for free on respective eAIP sites for each country. I my self checked Poland, Germany and UK. It's not so convenient as having a program search it for you, but once you are used to the structure it's easy to find live chats for whole EU. For other countries it's useful to look for affiliate Vatsim sites, who might have charts for biggest airports in country (not up to date, but still something), for example Ukraine Vatsim site.

Yes that’s true, but it gets tricky when Google doesn’t find them and you don’t speak the language.

In little navmap you have to update the airac and you have all the current procedures.

Is Foreflight also software for this?

Foreflight is a real world tool; most of the options I looked at here are for flight simulation only. I've never actually seen anyone use Foreflight for flight simulation, come to think of it.

I'm guessing that Foreflight was left out of this video because of its cost. In addition, it was definitely not developed for simulators, so it may not be quite as easy to use with MFS as apps that are. Can you tell us if it has the ability to export flight plans in a format that's usable in MFS, or if it can download plans directly into MFS like Navigraph's Simbrief and Downloader can?

i am also curious about Foreflight as I know it is widely used for real flight. If I get more info, I will share here.
