Thank you. I've been a hurdler, coach and fan going back to Rod Milburn and Willie Davenport. Your philosophy and coaching techniques are so insightful that I just want to thank you for sharing. 15,18,21...is brilliant. I've always "cheated" the spacing but never to that degree. I makes so much sense.
Noticed at the end you had chalk lines for the 8-steps. I’ve done this before but I’ve literally had to guess where they go. Do you have specific measurements for each line?
@@coachwelly Yes of course it will. I didn’t realize those distances featured were to the first hurdle. I’ve seen your previous sprint acceleration video and assumed it was a reference to that.

It is my pleasure.
Thank you! One question on the wicket spacing, you noted FT but the video looks more like meter spacing
You can do either, but I use feet to measure.
Hi, coach! Sled workout isn't useful for hurdles acceleration?
@@ΑντωνηςΜπαμπαρούτσης yes it is.

As mentioned on the video, there is a generic step pattern, but it will depend on the athlete. Will definitely be different for each one.
