    Would say it is reasonable to get someone to learn to hurdle in one session? I have watched a veteran coach teach some to hurdle in one day, but it has not ever been the case for me. Can you offer any insight?

    can you cut step in between the hurdles as well, or just to the first hurdle?

      Absolutely! A lot of times it is easier to cut step between the hurdles.

      Agreed. I sense a lack of motivation on this one video compare to the others that are usually great.
      Microphone or subtitle implement would have been beneficial ;
      When you're showing us the cut step outside at the end of the video it was difficult to understand which leg was the trail leg by the movement you were presenting.
      The subject is really interesting I'd love to see more on it!
      N.B.: I liked the video anyway because you're a valuable coach and did the effort of trying to show us technique despite that bad weather 😉
