Cutting sucks usually always. It can be a pain to seal properly too without a lip for a lense to fit into. The worst problems I see is when ppl don't have fender liners. It's like using a pressure washer and sandblasted 24/7 when ur driving and it destroys the sealant/all silicone. (For headlights I mean especially)
