Recognizing that Drac is very good with the electrical modification of blasters, this one looks frankly quite simple to modify. I like!
I really wish you wouldn't fast forward past the soldering parts. Its really important to emphasize where to attach what. "Properly attaching positive ends" is really telling me nothing. You may have done this 100 times, but most haven't. This isn't comprehensive. Its a brief overview. Most of the time, too much detail is still 10 times better than too little detail. This is why I loved your old videos much more, you actually explained while doing it. I wouldn't care at all watching a longer video if I actually understood it and learned something.

Hey Drac, question from a new modder: for a Stryfe I'm doing (sort of Tier 1.5), do I need to have 18 gauge wire similar to what you're doing? Or would using standard hardware store 14 gauge be doable?

Just a concern, wouldnt UV LEDs yellow the white plastic of the shell and possibly screw up the colored clear parts too? Much like leaving it in the Sun for a while.

Drac, have it pre-checked before the flight (where they take it on board and put it below deck before anyone gets on) like you do with an airsoft gun or a real gun and you should be fine

Can someone help me out, I'm trying to wire this build without the volt meter and leds to give it the full sleeper look. That being said, I'm very confused on the wiring of the cherry switch wiring. I normally work on springers, and this will be my first project with a flywheel blaster.

Kevin Mejia No, if you run rhinos on trustfires or other batteries like those EX. IMR ultra fires, you will have HUGE voltage sag, and the motors will sound like they want to be murdered because rhinos are 3s motors that need a very high current flow that trustfires just don't give. I would recommend honeybadgers on four stock alkalines since they are 6 volt motors

The Desolator is a nice looking blaster. It looks like something i'd see in Overwatch. It's quite a nice sci-fi esque blaster.

With the size of the desolators shell that would be tricky. Full auto blasters like the rapidstrike use a different type of pusher than semi-autos do that are much bigger. So maybe? If you could it be a really tight fit

I'd make it so the light turns on when you rev it, and it gets brighter the more power there is in the flywheels.

In what way is running a lypo better than two or three trust fires with a dummy battery? It would be much less work not to install the lypo, and cheaper, but before I mod I would love to know the difference.
