Wonder attorney and wonderful coverage from this news channel. By far the best coverage I’ve seen. Unfortunately, this biased and crappy judge didn’t televise the case. I guess she didn’t want everyone to see what a bad judge she is. If RA is found guilty he’ll likely get a retrial due to her bias and incompetence.
This channel has done a fantastic job delivering the details of this heartbreaking case! I hope these 2 girls finally get justice...whoever did this is beyond evil. Abby and Libby had their whole lives ahead of them 😢
I will continue to follow Katie after this trial regardless of the outcome because she is one of the few professionals willing to say there isn’t enough evidence. Katie has a brain and doesn’t want to make everyone happy she just wants facts.
It sounds like she’s being pressured to express fewer points of the trial that focus on his innocence or the lack of evidence. And she doesn’t stump and fumble every other word like that guy does. I don’t even understand how he’s on television. How can he get this job when he can’t even form basic sentences.
@markheckman3987 I 100% agree with your comment. But I believe they establish that RA is BridgeGuy. And BG killed those two girls Abby and Libby. They established that RA made confessions. I believe on February 13 2017 RA was in a state of awareness when he decided to go hunting for an easy target. I believe he got spooked and, like a lot of attackers quickly panic, as BG planned fantasy faced a hickup
@marylittleton8520 you'd never know, it's been uselessly manipulated being from as far back as the original turned out to be. They also had to heavily edit out graffiti that was showing up all over his image when zoomed in that would likely mean they manipulated the face even more to match color etc etc.
Digitalgems9000 Is the kind of juror that nobody wants and should never be acceptable. Will blindly believe anything the govt says no matter what, no matter how ridiculous.
It’s clear the anchor Scott and the attorney Katie Jackson-Lindsay see what the majority of ppl who have followed this case see and that’s that RA is not guilty. I hope the jury makes the right decision and finds him not guilty. Unfortunately, I think the police botched the investigation from the beginning and now it’s almost impossible to get justice for these precious girls. What a shame. Just putting a body, anybody, in prison for this crime is NOT JUSTICE!
Can a news channel team receive awards? If so this team most definitely deserves it! Thank you so much for your long hours and bringing this case to us! All of you did a wonderful job bringing us the facts. 👏
The burden of proof lies with the prosecution, and they failed these poor girls miserably. If I were on the jury, I would have to say not guilty. Each piece of evidence the state has presented, the defence provided more than enough reasonable doubt for. I'm so sad for Abby and Libby's families. ❤ from Melbourne Australia 🇦🇺
It’s sad that the police didn’t get the right person but if the jury finds RA not guilty than true justice for the girls and families would be served because there is too much reasonable doubt. Just because there’s a body in jail does not equal justice. There has to be the actual killer in prison!!
@bunnyluver2176 That's what I think, too. I think there are likely multiple other people involved. LE would have been under immense pressure to solve this case, and having absolutely nothing on anyone, Richard Allen was thrown up as a plausible patsy. He had placed himself on the bridge that day and was local to the area. I really hope he is acquitted, and it forces them to find out who's really the responsible party.
There wasn’t even enough evidence to arrest him in the first place imo If they get a guilty verdict… it’s gonna be beyond sickening! I pray for Richard Allen for a smart reasonable jury They have asked some GREAT questions so yeah I think I trust them with this. A hung jury would suck too but hopefully this case will go to a new non bias judge unlike Gull. Or will the case stay in her courtroom?
They could pin it on Ron Logan from the beginning if they wanted to. Police said many times that they knew killer is hiding in plain sight and that they had likely interviewed him. Ther only mistake is not arresting RA when he admitted to being there at the time of the murders 3 days after the crime.
@ they need to test the untested evidence w the most advanced methods possible. Seems like a lot was not done. They got tunnel vision trying to make a perp fit.
@@LeslieKingston not r l. No pedophilia; animal abuse; snuff films; violence or perversion in his past. Whoever did this has done it before. Crimes like this end up in a progression of escalating sick and perverted fantasies.
It's hilarious how the state speaks as if they identified Richard Allen through some amazing investigative work. This has literally been one of the most laughable and embarrassing investigations I've ever seen.
CourtTV seems to always be against the defendant, no matter the lack of evidence, shoddy investigation, or corruption involved. Like when they’d have yellow cottage tales on to discuss Karen Read. 🤢
Exactly. According to attorneys that were present in court, the bridge guy couldn’t even be seen in the ACTUAL video. The guy on the bridge and the girls might not have even known each was there, in reality. And of law enforcement had done there job correctly, they could have done a photo lineup right away while things were still fresh to see if anyone identified Richard Allen. Nobody was asked to identify him in court …
@@BellaFleurElise There is no proof that came from BG. It wasn’t one continuous thing. They could have filmed BG, he could have walked past, and someone else could’ve come and taken them.
I truly believe the real killer(s) are still out there. Justice for these two girls and their families. If Allen is innocent then justice for him too. If he truly is guilty then he deserves what he gets but for me there’s too much reasonable doubt. I think they broke his mind and spirit and said anything to make it all stop. It’s unheard of to put anyone in solitary confinement before their trial. Innocent until PROVEN guilty.
Bucketload of reasonable doubt. Such sloppy investigative work. They were so stupid to bring this case to trial it’s so weak. Any intelligent person can see through the lies and deception of the prosecution trying to railroad an innocent person.
Honestly they really have nothing on him other than being in the area. And they lied about the evidence they did have, like when they said the gun was a match.
I came here to say what has already been said. I am not sure this guy is the killer… at all. If he is, he had help. If he isn’t, he’s the fall guy. I just think nothing really adds up.
RA self reported being on the trail. Reported years ago. He didn't leave the area. Never has had a criminal record. Kept a respectable job, kept his family. His wife says he's not a killer. What else is there?
@@stephensullivan9829 hmmm the city of Delphi has a population of 3000 1/2 men… now reduce that number to white men within the age group of the man seen walking on the bridge. Now, who owns the vehicle scene driving. Who matches the description. Seems like narrowing it down might be faster than you think. Unfortunately LE went for RL and that distracted the investigation for some time.
I have doubts he is the killer. I feel a huge injustice was done to the 2 girls and their's respective families caused by the incompetence of the people involved in the investigation in those early days. 😢 How sad!
How many rounds did that ballistics 'expert' rack through Ricky's gun, before she found one that could fit? None, without firing the gun, which changes everything. There is so much incompetence and corruption in this trial, I hope he gets a record large settlement when he sues for what they've put him through. He told police he was on the bridge to provide any information that could have been helpful, as a good citizen would.
The thing I still cannot wrap my head around, even after listening to the debrief every night, is how NO ONE heard the girls scream or make a sound during the murders. Especially when learning how horrific the scene was it seems nearly impossible for 1 person to keep 2 girls quiet during that. It is just something I haven’t been able to shake during this trial. Thank you for the reporting during this trial WTHR. It was incredibly powerful and I hope Libby and Abby will have justice someday.
Libby wanted to solve crimes. She was physically strong. She wasn't a wallflower. A young teen with her can do attitude would have put up a fight and screamed. Unless she trusted her killer(s).
Terrific coverage of a sad and gruesome crime. These Delphi debriefs are the best. Bob, Emily, Sarah, Katie, and Scott are true professionals and deserve a long vacation following the trial. I almost feel like an extra juror, yet I cannot decide if the State proved it's case. Finally, did the banning of cameras in the courtroom inspire better coverage?
What doubt?????? He SAID IT HIMSELF in 2017 that he was there and what he was wearing. It was before he pretended to be insane. And WHERE IS HIS PHONE FROM 2017?
He confessed 60 plus times! RA never told his wife he was at the trail that day! She never knew until they pulled him in for questioning 5 years later! Is that not telling to you? And then there is the gun cartridge, the identical clothing, his car seen on video surveillance minutes before the girls were dropped off, 3 teens seeing and identifying him, another witness saw him on platform 1 at 2:00 according to her fitbit time stamps, and he admits to standing on platform 1. Abby and Libby passing that witness going towards the bridge at this same time, and Libby's cell phone video of him abducting them with the gun. Get real.

I’m sorry I don’t consider someone a “great journalist” if he misreports something so critical. RA’s daughter was asked “do you love your dad” she responded “yes,” but this reporter reported she said “no.” “Journalists” have gotten fired for less.
@@ferrari251 she mentioned muddy 29 times across two interviews with no mention of blood. Oddly enough when it came time to require blood she never mentioned only mud again
This is why witnesses who speak after a couple hours after the event arent as credible because the mind starts changing details around. Adding and removing details.
These aren't even confessions, it's recorded phone calls. A confession is "Hey I want to tell you what happened?" "Okay, well are you mentally sane and physically well? Yes? Okay let's sit down and record this thing right here after I read you your Miranda rights again." ...... see what I'm getting at here? Richard Allen was TORTURED. The 13 months in solitairy confinement alone would make these "confessions" unadmissable due to his mental state, but you can BET the prison guards were told: "case isnt that strong, would be good if we got a confession" and they pressured and tortured him psychologically as well. If they would have told him "you killed the president" he would have "confessed" to this too
Allen could not have committed the murders. Based on the established timeline and cell data, Allen would have only had 19 min to abduct the girls, march them down a very steep terraine, then across the river, then back up steep terraine, then make them strip, kill Abbey while 100% preventing her from struggling (no blood on her hands or clothing), redress her in Libby's clothes (at some point), kill Libby, physically carry her 200 lbs to stage her body (why bother?), "wait to be sure they were both dead" according to his confession (took 18 min to die according to medical examiner and 5-10 min. to lose consciousness), then cover Libby with a few small branches (why bother?) .... 19 min for one guy to do ALL of that frenzied craziness without living ANY trace evidence. And you have to deduct at least 5 min. (or 10) when he was doing nothing but waiting to be sure they were dead (or at least unconscious so he erronously thought they were dead). So that's 19 - 5 min = 14 minutes. That's impossible, even for 2 or 3 people. I think the girls were abducted and at least Abbey was killed at the other location which would explain the lack of blood on and near her body or clothing. At the time of the murders, the guy in the white van told the FBI that he wasn't in the area at that time. He only changed his story later when he realized the cops were going after someone else. Logistically, Allen could not have committed the murders. The cops wanted to close the case and the public were/are still demanding their pound of flesh. Allen is a convenient target/scapegoat. He told his wife at one point after being tortured in solitary confinement for 6 months that, "He would say anything the cops wanted him to say." He did just that. Whatever the verdict, his life has been completely destroyed. Meanwhile, the real killer(s) are still out there stalking new prey.
I strongly believe Richard Allen did this. He was there at the same time. He looks and sounds like bridge guy. The cartridge found at the crime scene has tool marks that matches a cartridge cycled through his gun. He knew a van passed by. He confessed over 60 times.
@@klane7182but according to witnesses he looks nothing like bridge guy. They said bridge guy was in his 20’s, tall, muscular, good looking and dark thick hair. That’s coming from the states own witnesses.
@@mrssnailsnail Eye witness testimony is notoriously unreliable. Besides he was so covered up/disguised no one could even accurately describe him. Which is also why not a soul could say the saw him as himself as opposed to bridge guy. A testament to his good concealment skills not a testament to his innocence.
The defense definitely showed there is a mountain of reasonable doubt. That’s why the state’s closing argument was based all on emotion because they don’t have any evidence except his false confessions. And ppl say they would never confess to a crime they didn’t commit but we know from other cases that it’s not that uncommon. Many ppl who confessed were later exonerated with DNA evidence.

First and foremost I wish justice for Libby and Abby!!! If I were a juror, I wouldn't be able to find RA guilty. Way too much reasonable doubt for me. I couldn't live with my conscience sending an innocent man to prison. Ignorance is bliss!
Agree with what you have said here 💯. Every single bit of evidence the state has presented, the defence has created more than enough reasonable doubt for. I am so sad for Abby and Libby's families, but I believe they should acquit. ❤ from Melbourne Australia 🇦🇺

@Beth_Dutton1106 FFS woman! According to the laws of your country, a person MUST be found guilty 'beyond a reasonable doubt'. And it is MY opinion that in this case, the defence did their job. So my 'woman card' and the OP'a will be staying right where they are. Thank you very much!
I wonder what the families even think at this point. If I were the girl’s families I’d want the RIGHT person in prison for the crime. If I was a family member I’d have a lot of trouble believing it was actually RA who killed these precious little girls.
Wow, I was shocked to hear Katie say that Richard Allen should be acquitted. I agree with that. @@Digitalgems9000 No he isn't. Someone leaked the crime scene photos. You can see that the sticks were arranged like a part of a ritual. The sticks were also cut with a saw. Theres no way a man could have done this in 19 minutes like the prosecution claims. This proves that it cant be RA because the timeline doesnt work
The worst part is they didn't forget. They intentionally left out, and tried to suppress what they knew were issues with this whole thing. There's absolutely 0 reason the AS(KK) info was suppressed when they're literally the reason the girls were lured there to their deaths. There's also nothing in his confession that hadn't been leaked. You also have the states phycologist admittedly being obsessed to the point of stalking his families home... of course the reason she's no longer employed there is sealed but seems to be she was wanting her Hannibal esc patient confession.
Facts that I wish the Defense would of highlighted: Blood flow. Based on testimony and ppl in gallery, both girls had blood flow going up towards the face. This suggests their bodies were on an upside down incline when they were bleeding, which suggests they were held in that manner. Also, lack of blood on Abby’s upper torso and hands suggests a clean up. Movement of bodies: Libby weighed 200 pounds and allegedly “ dragged” but there were no drag marks and the state did not mention cuts, contusions or bruises suggesting being dragged or even being able to fight back. Another thing that suggests being restrained. Twigs, pebbles, rocks would have left marks on a naked body being dragged on a terrain. Phone: the IPhone 6 had waterproof tech, for those that suggest moisture caused the issue. So the phone conveniently started acting up within seconds of an incoming call from LG’s fam at 5:44 pm. Then unplugged at around 10? Then turned on around 4 am on the 14th? Ya. This suggests human manipulation of the device. They turned it on again or turned off airplane phone because they wanted the girls to be found. The girls behavior. Neither screams or tries to get away? There’s an episode of unsolved mysteries where 2 ppl are killed. Guess what the se one victim did? Tried to run and got shot in a creek! Sound carries, watching one get wounded, why didn’t the other try to escape? Answer! Multiple perps. Imo, not guilty.
Aye you should go to law school!!!! last night I was on here commenting. How two teens 12-14 years old let an old man catch them. I have two boys that age I play sports with them and they fast I know they boys but girls are just as capable!
@@toddquinn2 you know why because you got something that’s called fight or flight that’s why I can’t accept it. They teen girls who probably watch scary movies so if something not right they are running. He could have had an Apache gunship point at them you still gonna run. And in the video they recording and walking away, seem like in a pace (fight or flight) type of way. So since you said I can’t wrap my head around this that means it had to be another person. And also RA looked old cold in that video so I don’t expect him to catch two teen girls!!! So teacher anything else?!
@@toddquinn2 because it doesn’t make sense. They were both athletic teens,, on of whom was as tall and weighed more then him, please, 2 on 1, plus the fact that he was quite a ways away when they took the video. They could have easily gotten away, or taken him down, if he was the only one.
Only thing I can answer is chin had to be lower than neck for blood to flow upward. If 1 girl sat at tree head fell forwards as she bled out then moved to lie down, other girl if head went towards shoulder her chin would have been below neck. But that’s all I can explain! The phone had headphones plugged into the jack too at 10.30 pm how on earth did he do that?
The data also says that two of the three phones in the area leave right after that headphone is plugged in. That is kinda weird timing. Most of all what is it, is he a master mind who kills two girls in minutes without leaving a trace or is he a mentally disturbed guy who was 3 beers too drunk? He was too unwell to approve of getting a drug but perfectly okay to make confessions that are legally binding? You can’t have it both ways. It one or the other.
I think they might completely acquit Richard Allen. If he IS guilty then it will be the responsibility of both the police and the prosecution that he can no longer be prosecuted. If on the other hand, he is completely innocent I pray he is acquitted. But if they convict him, then they will have sent an innocent man to jail. And I really wonder, WHO is the real murderer? And will the family of Abby and Libby EVER get justice?
I always thought they had more video and audio than just Guys down the hill and I was looking forward to hearing more and make a decision about that. Personally he's not BG. He's too small.
And the “guys down the hill” was only audible with manipulation of the full audio file. My daughter thinks it’s too much like the ghost hunters that take radios in and scan them until they hear a ghost “talk”. I think I pretty much agree. My mind was blown when it came out in court (no video THERE for the public) that the guy could not even be seen on the video, on an 85 inch screen. He was that far away and might not have even known there were girls ahead.
There's something really bothering me, that I've been waiting to see if someone else will come up with and unfortunately, has not been brought up. If someone could please answer this for me, I would really appreciate it. He supposedly confessed to racking his gun at a certain point thereby, causing a bullet to drop out. From what I understand, the bullet was found under the bodies of the two girls. However, in his confession, I understood it as he racked his gun as he was walking up on them, on his way to the place where they were finally murdered. What I'm getting at is, if he supposedly confessed to racking that gun and the bullet fell out while he was walking up on them, how would the bullet be found under their bodies, potentially hundreds of feet away from the original racking point? If he racked the gun as he walked up behind them before the famous "down the hill" line, how could it move (unless he picked it up then dropped it again at their final resting point?
I’ve been watching every single video this channel has put out on this trial, all the way from London UK. I’ve followed this news story almost obsessively for the past few years. Thank you for your extensive, informative and impartial reporting on this horrendous story 💖🙏🏻
He is either the luckiest guy in the world or really unlucky. If he fits the lucky category he was so lucky, he didn’t leave an ounce of DNA, an ounce of physical evidence, lucky enough to have his tip sheet marked clear, lucky enough to have his tip sheet “lost” for 5.5 years In the unlucky category: unlucky enough to be a man at the same place as where 2 girls are murdered, around the same time, to get a super unethical shrink who had followed the case before, during and after she started working with him via podcasts and social media, unlucky enough to be put in the worst prision, in solitary, with the worst of the worst, unlucky enough to get a doctor who thinks he is faking, but at the same time shoots him up with powerful medications against his will. I really don’t see how it isn’t one of those 2.
RA is not tall!!! He is 5''5...the guy on the bridge is taller and walks in a certain way dragging his right leg.....this should never have been a case against RA in my eyes....why none of the people involved in this case from the prosecution side suggests and goes to the bridge to test his height and how he walks....isn't it easy???
All of this reporting has been so impressive. The whole team has done an incredible job. There is so much reasonable doubt, I could not convict this guy.
I so appreciate WTHR's neutral reporting. It is hard to find these days. I have been following this case for years, and have made a point to listen to all perspectives. In my opinion, if this jury finds him guilty, it will only be a matter of time before the Innocence Project, or a similar organization, gets involved. In fact, they'll have a choice overload when it comes to reasons for an exoneration. Starting with Official Misconduct (OM), or new DNA evidence, Perjury or False Accusation (P/FA), False or Misleading Forensic Evidence (F/MFE), and last but not least, False Confession (FC). Please jury get this right. 🙏
My biggest hang up is the eye spacing. His eyes are close together and that's a pretty memorable thing about a persons face and the sketches don't reflect that.
Almost everyone who sat in the courtroom and who reported on their youtube channels has said the same thing, namely. That the bridgeguy video is enlarged and zoomed in and that the distance from Libby's camera to BG is so far away that it is impossible to hear his voice... The voice, guys down.., comes from behind. Common sense says there is another "someone" forcing the girls off the bridge to the road below. Since the health app shows 7 minutes of immobility, it can be assumed that they were taken by a car. How else do you explain these 7 minutes? Regarding the confessions, you can put yourself in the situation of being locked in a closet 24/7 with the lights on 24/7 and both guards and inmates shouting child killers at you...
Now that I've heard your top notch coverage and summation of closing arguments, I've changed my mind, again! Defense has given me reason to have reasonable doubt, big time.
Listening to multiple people present in the court room- whether it’s media, or UA-cam personalities, and it’s shocking to me how differently the media reports the events vs the lawyers and other YT’ers. If I only followed the news, I might think he’s guilty. Thankfully I’ve followed many sources, because this is, I believe, a truly innocent man. And I hope the jury sees it, too.
It makes sense that they were killed by someone who lives close by. In that area, someone who murdered them probably in their home and then dragged them out later after the searchers went home and staged the scene. Most likely at least two were involved. It's interesting that that guy had sticks in his house. What would be the purpose of that
Every piece of evidence has reasonable doubt. Some state witnesses have extremely poor credibility too. Very concerning. I can’t see how he’ll be found guilty

The burden of proof lies with the prosecution, and they failed these poor girls miserably. If I were on the jury, I would have to say not guilty. @bunnyluver2176 That's what I think, too. I think there are likely multiple other people involved. LE would have been under immense pressure to solve this case, and having absolutely nothing on anyone, Richard Allen was thrown up as a plausible patsy. @@TJ20232 exactly. Also the state must have tested his jacket. It’s crazy that they still had that witness come to the stand and lie.
If they would have told him "you killed the president" he would have "confessed" to this too
Nope! Saying "I did it, I killed Abby and Libby and I don't know why" is definitely a confession!
The lawyer lady you all have to consult, is a brilliant woman. I love her observations.
There’s no way anyone can hear all this evidence and still strongly believe Richard Allen definitely did this.
I strongly believe Richard Allen did this. He was there at the same time. He looks and sounds like bridge guy. The cartridge found at the crime scene has tool marks that matches a cartridge cycled through his gun. He knew a van passed by. He confessed over 60 times.

Facts that I wish the Defense would of highlighted:
Blood flow.

If on the other hand, he is completely innocent I pray he is acquitted. But if they convict him, then they will have sent an innocent man to jail. And I really wonder, WHO is the real murderer? I always thought they had more video and audio than just Guys down the hill and I was looking forward to hearing more and make a decision about that. Personally he's not BG. He's too small.
Personally, you're a retard.
If they had any more audio that could help the public identify the voice then it would've been released in full to the public.
@@Bubba__Sawyerhow long did it take them just to release the “guys” part?

If he fits the lucky category he was so lucky, he didn’t leave an ounce of DNA, an ounce of physical evidence, lucky enough to have his tip sheet marked clear, lucky enough to have his tip sheet “lost” for 5.5 years
In the unlucky category: unlucky enough to be a man at the same place as where 2 girls are murdered, around the same time, to get a super unethical shrink who had followed the case before, during and after she started working with him via podcasts and social media, unlucky enough to be put in the worst prision, in solitary, with the worst of the worst, unlucky enough to get a doctor who thinks he is faking, but at the same time shoots him up with powerful medications against his will.
The judge ruled to not go to scene. Half the bridge has been rebuilt and the other half is inaccessible .
All of this reporting has been so impressive. The whole team has done an incredible job. There is so much reasonable doubt, I could not convict this guy.
I don't think he did it. There would be some dna somewhere.
Well the one sketch, older guy with a hat, looks like Bob Weber, what’s up with that?
I think the fact that he is 5’4 is the most distinguishing feature. Not many men are that short, yet no one reports a really short guy.
The evidence sounds so suspicious. The prosecution has no evidence at all. This is so weird.
Now that I've heard your top notch coverage and summation of closing arguments, I've changed my mind, again! Defense has given me reason to have reasonable doubt, big time.

In that area, someone who murdered them probably in their home and then dragged them out later after the searchers went home and staged the scene. Most likely at least two were involved. It's interesting that that guy had sticks in his house. What would be the purpose of that
Thank you for all the info on this trial. Appreciate you guys!!
very balanced coverage - thank-you
Not guilty. IMO the state hasn't proven it's case RA did it. Reasonable doubt
I agree.
Every piece of evidence has reasonable doubt. Some state witnesses have extremely poor credibility too. Very concerning. I can’t see how he’ll be found guilty
Amazing reporting guys.
I've watched yall every day of the trial.
This channel coverage of the Delphi case is Amazing 👏👏👏. I wait for them every day to get any news about the trial. No one does it better!
This is Good Ol' Unbiased Reporting. Would to God that we could this type of journalism everywhere in America today...🤗
Katie you are awesome!
Agree with Katie 100%. "It is my belief that he SHOULD be found not guilty."
Katie (sp?) is awesome. I really enjoy her breakdowns. She's very well spoken. I'd want her for my defense lol.
Cameras are installed in this court room so WHATS UP WITH GULL?
I am scared that they will wrongly convict Allen, people will move on and the real killers will continue their evil lives.
There is no way they can convict RA SCAPEGOAT SCAPEGOAT ALL DAY LONG, DISGRACE….thank you each and everyone of you for this amazing reporting just brilliant
this lawyer must be a professor somewhere, or she should- excellent educating skills. Great ability to convey an idea.
Brad Weber should be watched 👀
My friend went to Delphi on the bridge and unknowingly was on BW’s property. She was hunkered down to pee and BW came out of nowhere with a gun screaming at her and the other lady she was with pointing the gun at them saying it was private property, she ran into her car and this psycho chased them bumping into their car all the way to a gas station where they saw a cop and BW sped off!! She made a report and literally told the Delphi police that he was going to shoot them and to look into him as the killer. But, You know, good ol’ Andy and Barney said ….. “it’ll be ok now, ya’ll come back now y’hear? They’re all good ol’ boys hooked up as Freemasons. They’ll cover each other to the end. Even McLeland is a Freemason in the same club as the suspect Gull said they couldn’t talk about. T
@mariejohnson7326 - Wow. Did Delphi police write up a report?
@ No
@@mariejohnson7326is this the same incident or another? I've heard he held 2 women at gunpoint on his property and the women had to call police for help.
@ Yes, my friend was there with her friend so it’s probably the same incident. I wouldn’t be surprised though if there are more instances because BW is a psychopath. IMO, he is BG!
Three families destroyed and failed by investigators and justice system. There will be no justice for Abby and Libby, no closure for the families, the town of Delphi. The proscecution will never admit they have the wrong guy.
best news for this case..thank you WTHR
Thanks for your educated verdict, Katie.
You guys are awesome. Thanks so much for the excellent coverage.
The evidence sounds so suspicious. The prosecution has no evidence at all. This is so weird. The poor parents. They must be so upset at the poor police work done here on top of everything. And the prosecution showing the pictures over and over again 😓
If they find him guilty.. Its wild. it goes agains everything that jurys duty is. More doubts than anything actual evidence! Only thing in my mind is that bridge guy has similar bodyshape than RA.State effed up this case from the beginning and i dont think this will be never ever be resolved and no jutice will ever come to these poor girls :(
You have the best reporting on this case and this trial.
Why in the world did the local police dismiss the FBi?
The FBI does not agree that the bullet markings are confirmation of a single gun.
There is so much reasonable doubt, and so much additional pain because the locals refused to accept help.
I find it hard to believe one man under 5/10 did this
Your coverage is very good!
Your coverage has integrity, is impartial, free from personal opinion, and based in truth. ABC, NBC, CBS, they should all learn from you.
They’re the local nbc channel. Bottom right corner has their logo.
"I will tell them whatever they want me to say"
Not "I will tell them whatever they want to know." Huge difference for those with ears to hear.
