I remember my Mom buying little boxes of Knox Gelatin in the 70s for her nails! I recently saw a study that stated that people recuperating from orthopedic surgeries should avoid NSAIDs as they inhibit the formation of collagen needed to heal the bones and muscles, and their use could actually permanently prevent total healing of the surgical site. Makes perfect sense to me. Thanks Max!
