I have seen several Tyre change vids on UA-cam but this is undoubtedly the best UK one. Good luck and I hope you get lots of views because yours is the only one that explains the basics that most women are not aware of. Thank You.
Your video literally just helped me change my tyre! I’m 34 but Iv never had to do it before so thanks for the help and little tips! More than once you’ve helped me with 107
I always checked the spare and made sure it was kept correctly inflated. I have not got a spare on my new car and am anxious all the time because I have to rely on a mobility kit. Thanks for the video as its a long time since I've had a puncture.
thanks Peter, it is a issue not having a spare, you can sometimes buy a spare to keep in the boot, I did it with my BMW 318 just for piece of mind, but it does take up a bit of space, Thanks for the great comments👍🏻👍🏻🛠
Tyre successfully changed by myself for the first time, thanks to this video! I found getting the wheel cap off the hardest actually, had to use the flat side of the wheel wrench to pry it off. Wheel nuts got off okay with a bit of WD40 :)
Thanks to you, I just found the courage to do this for the first time, on a busy street in front of lots of people 😅. Thank you so much, I really appreciate you for this!
Just checked my spare. It was 0.5bar! I cleaned it and put 5 bar in it so it will be ready when i need it (Yes, it can handle 5 bar. It's my spare donuy from a Audi it is made for that amount of bar) Gonna check my dad his 107 spare wheel too! Always handy to have pressure in it
gary t will be doing the same just got the 107 for our daughter for the sake of 10 mins, she can sit down and watch it. AAANTON11 some great vids the location of the fuse layout and what each fuse does was brill.
Good video iv got a bit of a daft question to ask what is the black plastic thing near the notches towards the wheel ones came off my car and can't seem to find them on the Internet are them some sort of mudguard but need the proper name cos I can't find them
They are Air, dirt and water deflectors, would have been added in the wind tunnel when testing the car, they are not missed if taken off. Dealer only part cheap as chips, Thanks for the great comments👍🏻👍🏻🛠
As long as the jack is close to the correct position it will be fine, the cill may have been replaced or repaired in the past, Thanks for the great comments👍🏻👍🏻🛠
Invaluable info! Got a flat tyre on my way into work today so this is much appreciated!
Glad it helped! Thanks for the great comments👍🏻👍🏻🛠

Front, on the subframe/ sill jacking point, On the Rear under the spring carrier or on the sill jacking point, Thanks for the great comments👍🏻👍🏻🛠
@@aaanton11 Many thanks for the further info. You are very welcome, keep up the good work.👍👍👍

I don't have two of the spaces to put my jack into any suggestions? I do at the front and at the other side but not the side I need
As long as the jack is close to the correct position it will be fine, the cill may have been replaced or repaired in the past, Thanks for the great comments👍🏻👍🏻🛠
i’m struggling, my screw won’t budge so i can’t even get the spare tyre out and i don’t know what to do ! 😅
Put some lube down there and grab it. With some big grips Thanks for the great comments👍🏻👍🏻🛠
Perfect!
Thanks for the great comments👍🏻👍🏻🛠
How do I take the rubber tire off the wheel once I take the wheel off the car?
My wheel (steelie) is bent but the tire is fine..
Take the wheel to a tyre garage for replacement or removal, Thanks for the great comments👍🏻👍🏻🛠
@aaanton11 That's not what I was asking.
Thank you
You're welcome Thanks for the great comments👍🏻👍🏻🛠
You should give the bolts a drop of oil before putting them back in.
Thanks for the great information👍🏻👍🏻🛠
That'll help, but a proper anti-sieze paste would be better. I use "copper grease". Cheers from Denmark!
💯
Thanks for the great comments👍🏻👍🏻🛠
why the fuck did they put drum brakes on the rear wheels
The Drum brakes work well, and are cheaper to manufacture, the car is so light they are fine, Thanks for the great comments👍🏻👍🏻🛠
