Help! Parts fell out of my sewing machine!

I've been working on my Kenmore #385 all day trying to get the bobbin assembly back in. I followed the instruction in your video, but when I turn the wheel, the needle gets stuck. What am I doing wrong?

Thank you. I received an older machine Neclon I believe and the hook pops out and my bobbin doesn’t allow it to rotate. Would a little oils solve the problem?
