Nikki girl... I know you're not sitting up here trying to defend a homewrecker. I know you said what she did wasn't right but it really seems like you're more on her side in this situation. Britney had no right to treat her the way she did and Brad doesn't deserve to be called a husband if he's going to accept advances from another woman, but Jennifer was completely wrong in this situation as well.
My love I completely understand and I agree. I don’t agree however at the initial treatment of Jennifer. Of course feelings change during the second part but so did the circumstances. It’s hard ENOUGH for women in the workplace. At the end of the day all of this could and would have been avoided had two married individuals trusted and respected one another. The “situation” got to where it was because of the lack of both of those things from BOTH of them allowing a window for Jennifer. Nobody has power in your relationship unless one of you hands the keys over and that’s just how I FEEL.

This “homewrecker” word shouldn’t be a word towards the person a man is cheating with. The only homewrecker is the man. She don’t owe that lady no loyalty. Yeah it’s wrong to entertain a married man, but at the end of the day Brad knows who he is coming home to at night and that he is married. He should’ve never entertained her knowing he has a wife and their in the same work environment. He knew he had a wife, but he still managed to go on dates with Jennifer. He is the one to blame!

Nothing would have happened if brad would’ve stayed loyal to his wife because Jennifer wasn’t even looking his way. Jennifer is still wrong for going along with him but it’s all brad’s fault for not being loyal in the first place.

Yeah, this isn't one of those situations where there is only one to blame. This was ALL of their fault. Brittany shouldn't have picked on Jen, she should've had that energy towards Brad to keep him in check. However, Jen took it too far. You knew the man is married, why would you add yourself into that mix? You can't ever participate in some cheating stuff and NOT expect it to bite you in the ass. That goes for Brad too. He was a mess from the jump. He didn't deserve either of those women.
I agree with you in the beginning, he was clearly attracted to and pursued Jennifer.
On the other hand, even if a woman is flirting with your man, it's your man's responsibility to nip it in the butt.
You can't control how other women act, no one is obligated to respect you, yes it's awesome if people do - but, everyone has free will. You and your man are the ones in the relationship - both parties should be protecting it. If your partner can't respect the bond or relationship that's their fault, not the third party.
Yes 100% no one can control what the other woman does. Ultimately the man is responsible for setting boundaries and not letting it go ANY further. Because that’s when the lines are blurred…

I get that Jennifer was pissed at Brittany, she had every right to be, but getting with a married man is nasty and definitely not a way to “prove her worth” (she said that Brittany may not think her job is important, but Brad does). In fact, if the affair became common knowledge, her professional character would be degraded, and isn’t that what she was offended about all along? That her skills, ability and role in the company were being downplayed? She would only strengthen that assumption by fooling around with a higher up…a MARRIED higher up.
Not at all saying Brad isn’t at fault, he very obviously is, but people seem to be in a grey area with Jennifer’s actions.
Sleeping with another girl’s man isn’t a way to get back at her. All she did was make herself look like trash and let Brad have what he wanted, too. She should have done better.

Nikki ain’t defending Jennifer. She knows they’re all in the wrong. All she’s saying is that men need to be held accountable for their part as well not only the women.
