yes,ive played current classic vibes, had a few mim fender teles, still have one,its pretty good, but i also have a 2010 mij tokai breezysound that plays/feels better than both.i think that one is 80s,the saddles arent because of fender, mij 80s squier teles also had these saddles, sticker instead of serial etched into heel like my 2010,i also have a 84 goldstar without sticker.understanding tokai, the number 50/60/80 etc doesnt describe years they are recreating ,but the price at the time, that goes up every few years, like a tte 50 in 80s wouyld be a tte 60 by the 90s ,and a tte 70 by the 2000s,same model.yours like mine ,which is ate not tte,has the slightly altered headstock for the usa market, ate means american tele, tte means traditional tele i.e sold in japan with fender accurate headstock,as allowed in japan, heres mine ua-cam.com/video/2PRNrX7c_ps/v-deo.htmlsi=gWXne4VQpQt2omcg

If the guitar is great, will a real set up make it even better? It would seem so but tell me what you think I really don't know myself.

This one a keeper for me I do sell some too. I like this cause it’s not heavy I don’t like heavy guitars.
