    Sir nice informative video. Sir aapne last jo bhi draws huye hain follow kiye honge. Aap kuch idea de sakte hain ratio kya rahta hai, Plot is to applicats ka ?? I just want to have an idea ke kitne chances hai draw nikalne ke.

    In case if your application is picked up by lottery, do you need to be in person for allotment letter/any other document processing formality. I am asking this as I don’t say in India at the moment.

      Yes, you will have to be there for allotment but the allowed timeframe is 6-12 months.

    Sir mene 7% wala plot purchase kiya tha agreement to sale and will vasiyat gpa ke dawara purchase kiya tha ab kisan ragistry naa kare to kaya kare

    It is lease hold land guys. Not a freehold land. So invest with caution.

      Rakesh ji,
      This wouldn't be handed over to YEIDA, you need to pay the lease renewal fee to renew it again for 99 years.

    Sir, What are your views on Liquidity of upcoming 30 Meters Plot in YEIDA? Is it safe for pure investment?

      People with money to invest won't be able buy 30 MTR plot.
      1) These plots can't be sold for 10 years from allotment.
      2) people with income more than 3 lacs per annum can't apply for these.
      3) they won't generate much return either due to target gentry and their limited purchase power.
      Kuch to gareeb logo ke liye chodd do.....

    Its written in the document that no transfer shall be permissible to other than legal heir except in the case when approval is sought from CEO... Can you throw some light here

      They wouldn't allow the transfer without OC and lease rent paid. You need to take approval from CEO of the YEIDA.
      Generally they don't give approval.
