Hiii Sir Actually I booked a flat in vangani district Raigarh Flat price was ₹20,00,000 And i booked that flat by paying booking amount of ₹21,000 via Google Pay and I dont have any proof of buying that flat but I just have the proof of payment and then they said they will process for the loan now after 5 month the banker told me that your loan is rejected and also builder sold that flat to the other buyer without informing me and now he not even responding my calls and they are saying that they will not return the money and saying try to buy another flat what to do now sir they are not returning my money back please help sir what to do now??? 😢😢😢

M3M golf hills is not refunding my EOI amount mentioning that NOC is required from the channel partner which we need to arrange. Channel partner is denying to give NOC. We cancelled the buying because after taking EOI amount, the channel partner denied from giving the required unit size and was forcing us to buy another unit of increased size.
