Kisi bhi sarkar ne gurgaon ke liye kuch bhi nhi kiya agar aj gurgaon millennium city hai to iska credit builders ko jata h. Desh ki sabse nikami sarkar Haryana sarkar jise aaj tak gurgaon ka infrasture tak nahi bna.
Builder ne millenium city nahi,,, concrete Jungle banaya gurgaon ko.. Woh bhi un delivered project like khandhar
Isme metro to naam ka hi he aur sadke to bhai Gaon Wale bhi aake haste Hain.

It's close to where I live..we were quite close to seal the deal in Mahira homes but at the last moment my mind changed...thank God I changed my mind otherwise my hard earned money would have gone in hole.
I am a buyer of Mahira 68 and I appreciate your efforts in putting our voice out. Everything you have mentioned is so true and real. The government is not doing anything and everyone is corrupted and involved in this whether builder, banks or Government or government agencies like rera, dtcp.
So tue, this Mahira was under pm yojana. This is so sad!
really shocked to see the complete presentation similar situation in Gr noida too, I being a flat buyer at RUDRA PALACE HEIGHT experiencing same difficulties & GOVERMENT & LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENGIES R DUMB, NON COOPERATIVE- REALY VERY SAD STATE OF AFFAIRS #rudraflatbuyers
This is the reality of Gurugram and you all can see in the background nothing is built yet its 2 Cr, 3 Cr and many Cr of just promises (not for investors though but to those for sure who are looking to buy one and live there), now this disease of over supply (half built projects mostly) has spread across NCR. It is purely my view.

Only solution is builders should be allowed to sell flats once the project is complete in all respects... Like DDA does in Delhi
Do you buy a under construction Car... You do booking by 10, 20 or 50k that's it...
Thats what should be allowed in real estate.. Only bookings of flats by maximum 5% payment in RERA account... Rest once the project is complete in all respects... See how these builders come in line...

Hi. Why don't you highlight International Land Developers (ILD), Sector 33, Sohna Road as well. This builder has played with a lot of innocent buyers (around 300). Buyers are still fighting their case ( RERA/ NCLT). This project was launched around 2012/2013. The builder has made a mockery of the buyers.

There is another project Pareena Hanu Affordable sector 68, there has been 1 year since the draw happened and till now there has been no construction started by builder .
They did not have enviromment clearance. Now has come last month.. so may be u will be The start of Construction.. once rainy seasion os over

Go to any tehseel or any haryana govt. Office no one wants to work without bribe and you all can see the govt. Infra. Roads, sewage, water supply, electricity all in crumbling situation. Gurgaon infra is only about nice buildings from some good builders that's it. Govt. has only played a spoiling role in city development.
