The Nuts guy did not scam you, he infact asked you for 25 you only gave him 20 and when he asked you for the balance you ignored him and pretended you didn't understand so I believe you scammed him. He on the other hand replied with a lovely gesture in Arabic " Won't say no more, your visit lightens up Egypt my dear " just for you to be happy.
