Kurt has the perfect personality for Karachi, watching this does not really give you the real intensity of actually being there (from my experience in India) just a few hours in a market like that can be draining! But really the Pakistanis are so warm and they don't seem to hassle him too much and want to give him things for free....
Such a contrast to Morocco (which gets much more westerns tourist) where everyone is trying to scam or lure you into something. Funny how the "most dangerous" countries to visit are the most hospitable, the poorest people give the most, and those with the hardest lives live the happiest.
This Pakistan series is going to give and give!!! Can't wait to see some smaller towns, villages and mountains Kurt.

Tried scrolling through the comments to see if someone translated anything but I didn't find anything. I really found this piece of conversation quite wholesome at 25:01 - the bearded man says "yai karachi wala lagraha hai" - "he's like a guy from karachi"
25:25 - "hamara gauw wala hai" - which roughly translates as "hes from my village"
I'm not a native speaker of hindi (or urdu in this case) but this was really wholesome :)

Pretty much every video or report of people visiting Pakistan goes on about the incredible hospitality, meals and tea being offered for free, warm-hearted, eager locals doing everything they can to have their country presented in the best light, and of course, great food and beautiful surroundings. I've never heard of anyone getting scammed there (unlike some North African countries), though you still must observe the local rules and respect it as a very Islamic place.
