Thanks for the suggestion. That is a vent cap that was cracked. The Spongy peddle was due to the Leaky Brake line on the Rear Driver's side. It would squirt out Fluid when I applied the Brakes. After the Brake line was replaced and Bled it worked out fine as you saw in the video.

Your rubber brake fluid reservoir cap is cracked. That could be causing your spongy peddle.
