Many channels have voluntary memberships and if I'm not mistaken, I believe it's an alternative to Patreon for creators. We viewers *get to choose* whether to join a membership just like I choose to exercise at home rather than join a gym. The beauty is that we don't HAVE to join any channel to watch their content. I do expect modest perks for members because honestly, they deserve something in return for financially supporting a channel. I love having a choice. If I was a beekeeper I'd probably join now. Once my daughters are financially independent from my husband and me, I'll be able to support more creators just out of appreciation. Regardless, I'm 100% confident that Mr. Ed will continue to treat me as kindly as always.

Mona was a mural artist for over 30 years and painted murals for both professional and residential clients all over the Huston area. Your hive cell walls are so beautiful and by putting your subscribers honey labels makes it feel so very personal to each family that you spotlight. I'm sure they are all smiling too. I'm excited to see the quilt Mona is creating.
Although I'm not physically able to care for honey bees, this year I will be creating a few bumblebee habitats around my yard. I had so many pollinating my plants last year and they are so fascinating to watch. Our gardens this year will be triple the size, we plant for the pollinators.

Maybe you could paint a solid light color behind the abbee honey est 2012 sign. It is sort of camouflaged in the honeycomb. Just trace the outline and fill it in, you’ll only lose 3 cells. Peggy in Texas 🐝🍯

Wonderful! I found an amazing picture in The Guardian last year, that showed comb with red, blue, orange, even a green cell of pollen/nectar! Some colors were clustered. I would imagine that you have many beautiful labels. It's going to look fabulous! BTW, The Guardian's article was about the wingless fly in Australia that is wreaking havoc with honeybees 😟. (Apparently, it's still a 'fly' even without wings.) I also want to order more of your honey. You won, hands down - just don't tell Randy! 😁
Pollen comes in quite the range of color, and very beautiful especially when the different colors are next to each other. That was the inspiration of the quilt Mona made for me that is hanging in my office at the abbey, all different colors of cells. When ever you are ready to order some honey, I will send it. I could have just done hay like I've been doing for the last two years (I'm in Texas and have to do 5 years before I can get Ag exempt), but I'm just intrigued about these little critters. How much work and effort they have to put into, to get that much honey by gathering nectar little by little. I've been watching and reading about bees for the last 4 years, and it's finally happening!

Gosh Mr. Ed ,you make me laugh every time i watch your videos. you know i have been watching for over 4 years . i started watching while laying in the rehab center after my first hip replacement and i was hooked. My all time favorite comment was on the robber bees with their masks on and pistols lol !! I'm so glad you got mona on your video too. We all love your light hearted positive attitude . Thank you for sharing your bee life with us . I still want to come down from NY and wrangle with you and that awesome side kick, Good time Charlie. God Bless Mona and yourself.

If i had a honey house i eould be tempted to copy your wall😂but my stuff is done in my whifes kitchen. All crush n strain. I have a bucket system. Then leave it a few days in whifes pantry to drain. The last bit i place in my car for a day or two. The heat in the car brings an extra 2 or three bottles. May God bless you and yours in a spesial way. ❤

Good morning I seen someone used powdered surgar 4 bee mites as make them groom and kicks them off
And hello to you as well Simon. Powdered sugar is also used to detect the presence of mites as well, they show up very well against the back drop of the pure white. The donkeys and the goats think they are up for a treat 😅
Whenever the donkeys or goats get visitors, they ALWAYS think it's time to eat something. It's gotten so bad that there is now a sign posted asking visitors not to feed the animals due to the fact they are getting so fat! Thanks for watching. God's peace Patrick.
