Hey there, just wanted to drop you a note-I was having issues with reading the cut sensor. Sometimes it works fine. Other times (like today), doesn't work at all. Tried everything! Spent close to 2 hours on 2 sheets of sticker paper. Found your video, tried the magic marker trick, and it works perfectly! Do not even have to use the matte scotch tape! I didn't even think of the magic marker trick. That is so simple! Thanks for posting video!!
@@CasualCovert Used a Sharpie fine point permanent marker. Make sure you get the fine point tip. You want the marker to mimic the printed border, not make border bigger/thicker. Hope that makes sense.

What type of marker did you use? I was about to throw my cricut out the window yesterday after it not reading with the tape just like you lol

I have tried all of these ideas and mine still is getting sensor cut errors and i have the maker 3 and the explorer 2 neither one will cut
