I have the white sublimation sticket paper and it is stuck to the sheet and I am not able to peel it off. I used the recommended heat setting as well as lowered heat settings for less time. The stickers will not come apart even after cooled. Any recommendations would be great - thanks

Can I use this paper to make buttons without Mylars sheets?

I use water decal paper to make decals for nails. I found that if I spray more than 2 coats, it becomes too thick to work with, but if I only do 2 coats, it bleeds. I don't know how to find a happy medium.

Its not printing with my printer at all. Seems to be the thickness.

So it's 400 degrees for 20 seconds? it doesn't specify if you wait for it to cool or pull the transfer sheet asap? This could be a LOT better.

There are hardly any printers that dont use pigment ink? My printer uses Pigment for the black and then the other type for the colours, but it still messes up the prints

When printing with this paper my ink smears, and when I change the settings it drains the colour from my stickers???

@kavya1638 had the same issue. they shipped me paper in an envelop and it was all bent up. they refused a refund. never do business with koala. who the heck ships printing paper in an envelope and not a box???

It's good paper, unfortunately, they ship it in a bubble envelope and not a box. Every time I order it, it's bent in 1 corner because the USPS workers are not careful with it. I asked them earlier today if they would ship it in a box and not an envelope, they said to save money they use an envelope and only ship in a box if you order a pack of 4 (over $100 purchase) as if.. buy another brand. I hear inkxpro sells some good paper, just don't buy from these guys.

I see you have several qualites of color paper such as premium and ultra premium, is there anywhere to see examples of the difference for photos as most of your samples reflect crafty examples which look great but do not show how the different papers reflect the tonal range of photographs, color or black and white.

No sound. Picture of computer screen is cut off so hard to follow. The Avery 22807 Word download doesn't allow you to move the image to center in the circle. Useless video.

Hey there, just wanted to drop you a note-I was having issues with reading the cut sensor. Sometimes it works fine. Other times (like today), doesn't work at all. Tried everything! Spent close to 2 hours on 2 sheets of sticker paper. Found your video, tried the magic marker trick, and it works perfectly! Do not even have to use the matte scotch tape! I didn't even think of the magic marker trick. That is so simple! Thanks for posting video!!

How would you go about transferring a logo image with transparent sections? I’m wanting to print a white logo onto a red t-shirt. Will I have to cut out all the blank space individually? Does the white space transfer onto the T-shirt if left uncut? I hope this makes sense 😊

So I need to use two papers basically.

Mine says “inkjet” right on it so hopefully it is fine……I just got it today through Amazon so fingers are crossed it doesn’t smudge, I’ll update this once I try it.

Why wasn't the installation process completed. That's what I have been searching for. Do you puncter the seal in a specific manner ? Very poor instructions. A real set of instuctions should have been included with the product.
