I just happened to see your video right after you uploaded it I noticed that you said you didn't have any gloves when I was in food service we would always take at least two tablespoons of bleach to a gallon of water and dip clean kitchen rag in it and then tuck it in the waistline and leave enough hanging out to wipe our hands to keep them sanitized when going about our cooking duties.. By the way you do an Excellent Job.. I myself was a food service specialist in the United States Air Force and as a Civilian.. keep up the good work ..Mr. J Armstrong.. 👍🏾👍🏾
I watched your video using the Ninja pan. It looked like it didn't stick but what about the handle? Does it get hot to handle? I would really like to buy one. What do you think? Is it worth it? Later partner.
I'm amazed how much your always on the move. Hey..im a retired Excavating Contractor who loves to cook. I do most if the cooking for our family. You are amazingly talented...im learning lots just by watching.
Love when you talk and exxplain as you cook...I realize sometimes you really need to focus and concentrate when it is super busy and cant talk much.but when you can and do,, it adds tremendously to the video:)
For being the only cook you are doing a wonderful job!!! Your fast and efficient, I wouldnt be able to memorize Ill those orders! You have a good memory! Keep doing a wonderful job, love channel btw!!
Don’t worry I don’t usually wear gloves when I cook lol mostly for me and sometimes when family comes over you’re still the best breakfast cook I’ve seen🍽️🍴🥚☕️
You will once more become the master egg flipper as soon as you get used to the new longer arm on the Ninja and as for the gloves I'm sure the board of health would not cite you for not wearing any gloves as long as you are inside the cooking area with all stainless steel doors and such not lifting dirty cardboard boxes. To me you show you are a clean and considerate cook to your customers health when preparing their food. After watching your videos I would eat there and enjoy my safe clean well prepared meal, you do your trade justice and the owner needs to give you a raise in pay
Great video as always! Loved and enjoyed it! As someone who has never worked in the food industry, I would love to get to have a tour of the restaurant (front and back!), maybe a walk through of your workstation and explanation of what everything is and when/what you use for, and even maybe a menu walk through!
You could do that at home but not in a restaurant. The bacon is ready to eat and the egg carton would pose a cross contamination risk that could make ppl sick. Also the local authorities that govern health and food safety would give you a serious violation for it
I think the Ninja pan did great. The main difference I saw was that it was actually a bit bigger as far as actual cooking surface. The other pans you normally use look to be at least an inch smaller so the eggs spread out more for over easy flipping, but you are so good at that, that you figured out how to compensate. I agree, the Ninja looks like something I would buy in the future.
Yes! New video 🤗 gloves are a waste and false sense of security. I honestly have only used cast iron and stainless, seems like pans have become a fashion statement 😆 I will stay with old and outdated but trustworthy. The newer pans I believe are geared towards induction stovetops so don’t do as well over open flame but then again never tried them.
Nothing beats the commercial nonstick blue silicone handle omelette pans. Can get them at any restaurant supply store and they are just 1000x better than all the gimmicky stuff you see on tv.
Love watching you... What do set the temps at for the different zones for the flattop? Upper left seems hot enough for browning hashbrowns and lower left must be set cooler as you move them there to slow brown on 2nd side. Full right side must be lower where you toast buns and do pancakes. Center is hot - how hot?
Been watching you since your very first videos. So happy to see your channel is growing up! I have a quick question: How you guys make your zucchini fries? I see people order them a lot.
Saludos desde cuernavaca, Morelos México. Ayer mire tu video bro I gotta say carnal. You put it down wey. Keep doing what you doing. Neta, watching you brought me flashbacks, working in the kitchen. Keep it up carnal. Blessings desde México. Make that bread wey!
Did you notice that when you turned up the temperature it worked much better. The foodie ninja never sticks have to be pretty hot for best results for nonstick. I have bought 8 or 9 and given them as gifts to family.
You do a wonderful job cooking. You are extremely clean. And I'm sorry about no gloves s because all that means is sore dry hands. You've got one of the cleaner Kitchens I've ever seen. I wouldn't be ashamed to eat off the floor. Keep up the good work
I am in a completely different trade ( heavy equipment operator ) But I also had a friend named amber who took care of me. I called her my work mom cause she always made sure I had what I needed. I have moved on but we still talk. Ambers are the greatest.
Enjoy your videos. Have you tried putting the cooking oil in a squirt plastic bottle? I have seen other Chefs doing it that way, its easier and faster they say.
Do you do Q&As ever? Like where you answer most asked questions? Cause we have some lol but didnt see any videos so far but didnt look through all of em
What’s the brand of the other two skillet pans, the ones with the blue handle? I think those are way better than the Ninja one. saludos desde el sur de texas..
I always prefer chefs without gloves as you can feel the filth on your skin but never on gloves. and it happend more than once that i saw personell with black gloves leaving the toilet. You are doing a good job man, its a joy to watch your smooth movement, its like a dance
You don't have any gloves?! How do you think cooks back in the day did it?! And the human race is still here! Keep these good videos coming, THANK YOU!!
I have all All-Clad, B&C commercial, and one Ninja frying pan. Ninja is ok if on gas and running hot with plenty of fat, otherwise it may as well be a Tfal.
Not seasoning the food is wild. Add a little bit of salt, it doesn't hurt anybody. If anyone complains, next time tell them to order it UNSEASONED to begin with. Don't make everybody pay for a bunch of bad apples that like bland food.
Best pan I've owned and still own is the forged in fire pan only pan that you can test too the maximum and will still be fine no lie even a hammer cant destroy the forged in fire pan 😂tuff as nails.if you ain't tried one man are you missing out best part they can go in oven and on grills

If you don't have nothing, good to say when you watch this, don't say it at all. This guy is amazing. Lotta people can learn from this.!!!!!
I'm amazed how much your always on the move. Hey..im a retired Excavating Contractor who loves to cook. I do most if the cooking for our family. You are amazingly talented...im learning lots just by watching.

I DESPERATELY need the back story behind, "Dont tell me what to do."
Me too …. I also heard that …. What happened and who were you talking too 😂
Awesome job washing your hands after dipping the bread in the egg for french toast. I love French Toast !!

I enjoy watching you work. have been watching for over a year. you are doing great, keep it up.
I enjoy waking up to your videos. Nice job brother 👍🏾
“Amber is the color of your energy”. 😊
Trick for keeping the bacon grease from accumulating on the plastic tray - put an egg carton down first and put the bacon on top.
You could do that at home but not in a restaurant. The bacon is ready to eat and the egg carton would pose a cross contamination risk that could make ppl sick.
Also the local authorities that govern health and food safety would give you a serious violation for it
Thanks for the new video. I think i may be addicted
So nice of you

Love the long videos. So how much was the NINJA PAN?
Very enjoyable to watch. I must say the omelettes look like hashbrown 😂
Enjoy your videos. Have you tried putting the cooking oil in a squirt plastic bottle? I have seen other Chefs doing it that way, its easier and faster they say.
Ah, I'm glad the servers jazz up the plates before serving with butter and syrup and stuff.
Is the bacon warm?
Non stuck oxo pans are good also
Do you do Q&As ever? Like where you answer most asked questions?

GREAT Video as always! If I can ask you, what is the size of the flattop you work on? 48” or 54”?
What’s the brand of the other two skillet pans, the ones with the blue handle? I think those are way better than the Ninja one. saludos desde el sur de texas..
I kind of enjoy watching this 😂🙏🏽💯
Oh I feel for you man no gloves.. kudos maybe some tongs could be helpful for those times.. didn't wait long enough lol great job

Bro I wish I could flip eggs that easy ninja level 👊
Helpful hint….if you break the whites in the pan, the eggs will merge real nice together…tastes the same…just saying.. enjoy the show
About 5 minutes before you asked the lady to tell us, I was wondering why I've only seen you
season the fries. No joke.
Whoa, you're good.

Watching you at 11 clock London time great video 👍👍👍👍

Love ya, but u always make me hungry when i watch 😂 😊
38:50 What is that thing you said you didn't have but people like it?
whats coming out of drawer under flat top for omletts? oinion and what else?
Also, what oil do you use? Or is it butter?
I thought it was butter at first but I think it is coconut oil.
@@toddmiller460he never answers that question. Probably cheap canola oil.
Pan looks good but cook is awesome
I was wondering who gonna break you ? Do you have a replacement.when you take a break?

NO GLOVES.........The way it was!!!!!! Thanx!!!!!
from watching ALL of your videos, I'm not going to lie... the Ninja seems to work better than the Hex pans.
saludos compa desee LA/COMPTON
Is that butter your using to cook the eggs?
What is the item you put in the omelets that you get from the tall white plastic container?? Looks like croutons but I know that’s not what it is.
What brand of pans are you using with the blue handle?
HexClad I think
How did the pan compare to the Hexclad?
58:18 my favorite breakfast meal
ive been watching your videos a lot and i never ask this question is the yellow thing that u chop and flip are they Rice or Cheese?
They're hash browns - just chopped up potatoes
Is there anything new on the menu sometimes? Or more or less the same?
You got a gazillion things going on but u so fly it looks like a video game
Best pan I've owned and still own is the forged in fire pan only pan that you can test too the maximum and will still be fine no lie even a hammer cant destroy the forged in fire pan 😂tuff as nails.if you ain't tried one man are you missing out best part they can go in oven and on grills
Why yes it can.
I made the avocado omelette. It was delicious.
What happened to the Japanese knife?
What happens if you ever call out sick?
