今まで普通のシュー生地やクッキーシューに挑戦した時最初は膨らまなかったり失敗したりで何回かレシピを調整していたのですがこのレシピは調整せずに上手に出来て感動しました♡♡
パイ生地もサクサクしてて塩が多めに入ってしまったのですが塩味が効いててそれも美味しかったです😂
ご近所さんにもビアードパパみたいで美味しい!と言われ好評だったのでまた作ろうと思います🥰

オーブンレンジでも成功しましたね。
僕の作るシュークリームは下火もあるオーブンじゃないとシュークリームの底が破れてしまい、あまり膨らみません。
僕もパイ生地作るためカートを使ってバターを細かくしましたが、30分かけても、バターは細かくならなかったです。
フードプロセッサーだと出来ました。

Bread flour has much higher gluten content, which creates a kinda chewy texture. Cake flour is very light.
