- Filmed over 2 canal sessions, pike fishing with the LMAB drunk dancer in 23cm! Conditions weren't the best as the canal was super coloured but the huge profile managed to attract some big pike!

Hope the second fish was ok, usually if they bleed you've damaged the gills and that can be fatal.
Wasen't that much blood, depends on the temperature of the water too. Above 21°C, then just don't target pike.

@@andrewdavies8836 another interesting fact is the difference between a snag and a fish biting, they might feel similar but when the pike strike you know it is a fish, but still setting the hook on snags as well 😂

Nice fish dan, think most of those pike have been seen on camera before in different vids. nice to see when you put fish back you can catch them again when they're bigger *Please take note eastern Europeans*I'm loosing the will to live at the minute, all my local pike Lough's have been absolutely destroyed. I have like 9 Lough's within 20 minutes of my house and I have watched them all be destroyed over the past year, I've been in touch with bailiffs and even had a heated argument with a local politician. This isn't a race thing, it's a poaching problem. I could safely say out of 10 encounters with eastern Europeans 9 of them are poaching and 5 are killing every fish they catch. Sorry for venting, I'm probably going to stay away from public waters after this year which is a shame as I've fished them for over 40 years.
