I love how Carlos takes every opportunity to trash talk, Steve is being the smart kid who gives a different answer but still aligns with what Carlos is saying and Joe's just there, nodding his head and sneaking a couple of smack jesus christ what an episode

Lmao for the first few minutes I found Carlos' abrasive personality a bit off-putting, but once everyone got going he was hilarious. I haven't been a fan of Carlos at some points in the past, but he was an amazing guest here and I will always respect what he's done with G2 and their content.

I used to not like Carlos but he is genuinely a funny person. I was dying laughing at his ice cream truck joke, he is the kind of guy who would 100% do it for the meme.
I respect him too and I can see his charm.

Doublelift has been my favorite LoL player for years, and I love seeing his transition to do even cooler things post-LCS. He managed to bring these three incredible CEOs together for an amazing episode. You can tell that Steve, Carlos, and Joe are all so dedicated and integral to their regions' teams and have an amazing professional and personal rapport with each other. If this was any other sport, it'd be beyond believable to see a recently retired player bring in such interesting and important people in the game. Great job DL (& team/Leena) for making this kind of content that's interesting, but also in a way that makes people more educated and fascinated in the game as something people can really be invested in.

This was a great episode! I always see tweets from Joe and Carlos but seeing them, Steve and you talk and discuss stuff was really insightful, looking forward to more of this content.
As someone who has never heard Carlos interact with people, I can see how G2 players are allowed to be chill, funny, and charismatic.

I mentioned to my friends that it’s important that someone like Doublelift takes the time to do something for League of Legends esports beyond just stream and make money. I’m glad that he’s using his connections and abilities to put together something like this.
I love this series, and I love hearing the business/serious side of the game. Makes me consistently happy I jumped off the TSM dumpster for TL last year. Respect to all of these guys for how they're doing what they do.
As a League Esports fan going back to Season 3, this was probably one of the most interesting video pieces I've watched. Typically these days I bypass literally all the youtube content for League Esports cause its just personalities talking out their ass, or just an echo chamber of ideas. But this was a really interesting inside to the teams themselves, and actually surprisingly candid too. Great stuff!
Not into league at all but this was the most interesting podcast ive ever listened to. Fascinating to hear about the business side of esports and to see such high level people in the esports game just come on and talk shit. The business talk even relates to other fields, tbh I got alot out of this podcast and am definitely staying tuned for future content

On merging the LCS and LEC just bring in the top 4 or 5 teams of each region and put them in a league and then run a lower league with the rest of the teams to reintroduce relegation

I watch more LCS years ago in the glory days of TSM. Of course things happened a along the way with teams, but one thing that changed for me is that I live in europe and LCS starts so late now compared to before, which makes it harder to watch without screwing over the next day.
