Bars can't stop entry if someone really wanted to get in whilst away, false sense of security. Useful if your present in the house though.
The prison bars on the windows, tell us all we need to know about the locals. A 10 minute drive on a "track" to reach the house from a real road, sounds like E100,000, rather than E175,000.Other than that, it's a nicely laid out home.
You,re wrong, the are I'd very peaceful and securethe window bars are very common and traditional mainly in country properties...
