Speaking off, I would like to know the location of lord Garithos. Did I miss him int he video cause imnot seeing his name int he list ?
I don't believe his model is finished yet. He does have Reforged concept art, however, if you want to look it up.
The 'Human' faction should probably be changed to 'Alliance' faction, with the same regarding Orcs to Horde (with the trolls and tauren and whatnot).
A more accurate name for this faction would be the alliance

I love how the spell breaker looks almost identical to the one in W3's blood elf campaign screen.
I always wanted them to look that way

the footman armor makes wow high tier armors look like a joke
The Plate Warfront armor is fairly similar in style though.

This armor looks really impressive, man, it looks like the armor the footman uses in the game cinematics, really loved this rework a lot, now the footman is a badass ;)

Well to be fair in RTS game you would look those units from above anyway....so in that sense it doesnt matter if they dont have legs, you will not be looking at them from "under" anyway to see their legs....
Also let this sink in for a while. Apparently these new character models were NOT even done by Blizzard themselves but they outsourced the job to some other company...
Now what does that tell about the ability of Blizzard if some other company is able to create better character models for 17 years old RTS game than Blizzard themselves are able to create for WoW...

They should add the extra paladin models from the campaign as models in custom games, so when we make a paladin hero we get a random choice of one the models.

I'm not currently playing Wow, but if it looked like this.... I realize it would cut off to much of the user base, but damn it looks good.
Also, isn't it a tad early for Daughter of the Sea? Are they using custom skins for hero units? I could see that being a monetization strategy.
It's hilarious how behind you are on this, Wowhead.
If there is a place where this art style from Warcraft merges perfectly with fotorealistic visuals, it is in the cinematics of the franchise, and this reforeged seems to be drawing a lot of inspiration from those cinematics, and i love it. Just perfect for this game.
If WOW could ever go in any new visual direction with it's graphics, this would be for me the best choice, keeping the Warcraft signature style, while vastly improving the graphics quality. However i can see why this might never happen.

1:35 getting confused about the size of Frostmourne,i see Arthas sitting on Frozen Throne with Frostmourne with different size
TBH all the weapons of paladins and dwarfs look 0.3-0.5 size scale too big :S It's kinda jarring (although I do love the models, they are just too big)
My only gripe is that the footman shield is not trimmed with gold like the armor. It feel like a mismatch jacket and pants, it just annoys me.
This is the coolest thing I have ever seen in my life. I feel like a true old school Blizzard fan boy again.

Some models here looks changed. For example Arthas's body seems be thinner and less burly. His face looks strange too. :/

Im assuming the "High Elven swordsman" model will have a skin to appear as an actual high elf for the Siege of Quel'thalas missions. I know the sorceress and priest have it from videos I've seen.

@@titan3tcg they listened to nolstafans and now the campaing cutscenes will be just a crappy scene of the in-game models talking like in the original W3 and not the cinematics Blizz promised
You cant make a cinematic for every interaction between characters from what I heard all the old cinematics get a remake and all in game cutscenes will be remade in reforged version, like we saw in stratholme demo

Yeah im okay with this, all those interactions are fine using the in game models, it already looks like the actual cinematics are being remade given the arthas v illidan tease we've seen.

problem is the actual engine wow is based on, so unles u change the engine they will keep working with that cartoony style
@@Roald94 I think that might be what's on the menu for us. I hope anyway. We have all beat around the WoW 2 idea for a fair bit now. Could be a good chance to take some time and build off of all the data and experience that this 15 years have shown them. Blizzard has dropped the ball on us a time or two. But I'm still loyal. I think they will come through for us
@@manofculture8225 honestly i dont think dividing the game in a second deploy is a wise policy, after all the history so far its been delivered nicely and with a change of engine is not a powerful enough reason to remake the game as a second installment

ALL WC3 custom games will work just as they were in Reforged. Only exceptions would be custom games that used some outside assets that were not part of the WC3 world/map editor
The water elementals look really cool, but I would appreciate spilling water, for right now it kind of just looks like a gooey slimey.
