I like the looks of the Orecks, I just feel like they are modern day electric brooms. I think the grounding plug probably comes out, because people are too lazy to pull on the plug, but instead pull on the cord. Maybe you can change some people, as I have noticed that you seem more mature than people twice your age. Your parents have done a good job of raising you, and I am sure that they are very proud of you
You may be able to buy that metal clip if you can't find it

You're welcome! I was surprised to see a helical shaped brush in you Oreck. I've only seen the round wooden ones. Your Bissell cleans better because all it is, is a Sanitaire with the Bissell name on it. I though that you were wearing some strange looking socks until I realized that they were slippers 🤣🤣

The newer Orecks ,they replaced the wooden brush rolls with the plastic ones for some reason.

I like the looks of them. To, me they seem like they would clean better, and maybe help to pull the machine across the carpet
