If there was a way to read what you are saying, or explain before turning on the machines, it would be helpful. Thanks so much! I recently bought a Rainbow and the shampooer wasn't exactly shown to me how it's used. I'm ecstatic over the vacuum and will vacuum another time to get as much dirt up as I can before I shampoo.

TRY THIS. May sound stupid, but are you squeezing the trigger on the handle when using the aquamate? This allows for shooting out your water as well as rotates your bristles on the aquamate. If so, Make sure your soap and water canister is pressed into your shampoo base for a decent connection. Sometimes if you just place it on top of your aquamate's base it won't put out much water. Also, make sure your clear cover on the front of your aquamate is on securely. This produces a vacuum seal directed to your carpet allowing the rainbow to properly extract the water from the carpet up through the front of the aquamate. Hope this helps.

Possible yes. But not sure you want to put all that water on the hardwood. They have the mop attachment that uses a microfiber cloth that may work better. I have had the complete set since 2016. Still going strong.
Your video is great, but the wheels will not move my shampooer forward on my carpet. Every video I have watched shows the carpet that is low like a linoleum floor.
you should never start to suck more than water in your rainbow without the basin filled to the water line! its best to wipe the shampooer with a damp cloth, if there isn't enough water to make it rain in there your just sucking dirt straight into your motor then into your filter

It will throw things from super deep within the carpet sometimes. The aquamate was designed with a floating head. The only lock is when you stand it upright. It's super durable. I've had mine for almost 10 years and my cats have knocked it down off my laundry room shelf repeatedly. It works as well as it did the day we got it. Quick tip though. Before you shampoo vacuum slower and from a couple different directions to give the rainbow and power nozzle time to get the dry dirt out. That should help out with it throwing the balls of wet fibers out.

There is very little water in the catch tank when I am done. Am i doing something wrong. I hooked up the aqua mate and used just as described.

So sorry for the late response. Try to pull the roller with two hands towards you on each side.
