There's a lot to unpack with DSP. While he criticizes others for only thinking about money, that is all he talks about. If a stream has low support, he talks about it at the end of the day on his "daily wrap up", AND the next day on his so called "podcast". He will drop a game after a few low supported streams, that is the main reason that he will abandon a game. He's too toxic and too lazy to seek sponsors. He blames his detractors for not having sponsors, or even merch.
That is an old clip of him too, he used to not run ads and used that as a bragging point, but started running them a years or so ago. When he did start them, he also mentioned that he would only run them at the minimum setting, but a little while later, they were set at full blast.

I'm not positive of the outcome, it was obviously temporary, whatever it was. He was kicked out of the partnership program at Twitch for "hateful slurs". Apparently his trolls compiled clips of his homophobic, misogynistic and racial comments, said as "dark comedy", as DSP likes to try to shrug off. They didn't boot him off the site, which I thought was odd, just took away his opportunity to earn cash through the site, and that was supposed to be temporary too, a year or something, maybe(?). He figured that he would lose half his income, as a lot of people won't tip via paypal. That's when he returned to YT.

Another kind of streamer/youtuber I despise are those that are fake and feel the need to make jokes every second and talk over game dialogue. It’s cringey and comes off as fake. I also really don’t like it when they constantly show off their big ego and are too proud to accept criticism etc. I used to be a moderator for some other channel and a few months ago I left it because everything felt fake and I just wasn’t enjoying it as much. This will be a great video Pro thank you so much for everything and being yourself no matter what.

About DSP talking about Ad revenue, keep in mind that his views are really bad. His YT streams do fine and get about 200-300 viewers regularly, but first of all, after the streams are over, he privates them. And then, he cuts them up into hour-2 hour long segments. Those segments struggle breaking 500 views. Basically, his ad revenue is trash because his views are trash.

I don't understand how the begging UA-camrs and Twitch streamers get so many followers or subscribers and yet the ones that aren't drifting barely have an audience.
I have been doing UA-cam since 2016, and I got monetized back in September of 2023 after I hit 1000 subs. If there's one thing I don't want to be, it is not to be like these streamers. I work, and I do UA-cam as a hobby. Despite growing, I would never ask for donations. Anyone donates to me, I really appreciate them even though they didn't had to donate. I'm still grateful on the donation. Thanks to you Pro, its always be grateful on what you have.
Speaking of greedy UA-camrs who would ask people of donations, there was this video Chris Chan posted onto his channel and he would use his elderly mother who clearly has dementia to ask people for donations. The way he would use his mother for donations is absolutely disgusting. You can clearly see his mother is clearly not there in the head.
Wings gets $1,600 every Sunday from his podcast, gets another $800 from the land he rents out, on top of donations that come in. And get this.. he only streams a max 2-3 hours at 2am.

He's too toxic and too lazy to seek sponsors. He blames his detractors for not having sponsors, or even merch.
That is an old clip of him too, he used to not run ads and used that as a bragging point, but started running them a years or so ago.
When he did start them, he also mentioned that he would only run them at the minimum setting, but a little while later, they were set at full blast.

He was kicked out of the partnership program at Twitch for "hateful slurs". Apparently his trolls compiled clips of his homophobic, misogynistic and racial comments, said as "dark comedy", as DSP likes to try to shrug off.
They didn't boot him off the site, which I thought was odd, just took away his opportunity to earn cash through the site, and that was supposed to be temporary too, a year or something, maybe(?).
He figured that he would lose half his income, as a lot of people won't tip via paypal. That's when he returned to YT.

I also really don’t like it when they constantly show off their big ego and are too proud to accept criticism etc. I used to be a moderator for some other channel and a few months ago I left it because everything felt fake and I just wasn’t enjoying it as much. About DSP talking about Ad revenue, keep in mind that his views are really bad. His YT streams do fine and get about 200-300 viewers regularly, but first of all, after the streams are over, he privates them. And then, he cuts them up into hour-2 hour long segments. Those segments struggle breaking 500 views.
Basically, his ad revenue is trash because his views are trash.
He's got videos that are days old with less than a 100 views.
DSP spends $40k a year on a mobile game. Along with the total whine trips and daily door dash. That's where the money went.

I have been doing UA-cam since 2016, and I got monetized back in September of 2023 after I hit 1000 subs. If there's one thing I don't want to be, it is not to be like these streamers.
I work, and I do UA-cam as a hobby. Despite growing, I would never ask for donations. Anyone donates to me, I really appreciate them even though they didn't had to donate. I'm still grateful on the donation.
