I really need to settle on a basic kit and keep one everywhere.
It's cool, but that sucker is massive. I would love a "light" version with fewer pockets and fewer items. The price on it, completely empty, gave me a severe case of sticker shock. $90 ($80 on sale) is just far too much. The medical supplies that go in it cost far less than that.

Been rocking the DARK ANGEL MEDICAL ankle kit for two weeks and its great.
those guys know their stuff
I like it. Do you give instruction on using these items or recommended any instructors in particular?
blackwings03 Check out the Skinny Medic UA-cam channel.
Great. I carry my glock 43 on my left ankle in the summer. Now I can get the medical kit for my right ankle. A good ballance.
You don’t wear shorts in summer?
My equilibrium is already messed from injuries, I put this thing on, I might as well be doing combat rolls all the way everywhere I go
Put one on each ankle to level you out
@@FloresWilliam yea...so I can skip around like a plastic toy soldier...great lol
I also like that when its needed I can wrap it around my arm if I need to as well. Great 👍 piece of gear.
I was strapping mine around my ankle when this video dropped
Ah. Sweet synchronicity. There is an equation for that in quantum mechanics. Quantum physics. Thank you for your post and participation on our YouTUBE forum.
Would you guys do a tutorial on how to flat pack a tourniquet and how to flatten out this med kit in general? I wear it every day and I could really use some tips on how to make it look smaller.
John: You're not wearing skinny jeans, right?
Me: 😬
Cool idea sir, thanx for the video .. and I would call it AMKIT ...
This video is great timing for me. I’ve been in the market for a new ankle ifak holster because my Ricci has been driving me nuts lately. It definitely digs into me like you describe if I don’t get it positioned just perfect. Its velcro design has also bring fraying my socks. I’ll give yours a shot; hopefully it fixes those issues. Edit: typo
very nice I will definitely be checking that out
Did you wear this while at the concealed carry expo in Pittsburgh? If so, I totally didn't notice. Printing seems to be way more obvious to the wearer than the common passerby.
You should put triage supplies in it, i keep some in my car but having them on me at all times would be useful
I wear a vest full of medical supplies with a big blue bag of medical supplies and I definitely need more! You can never have to much to a degree!
ANKIT1A = Ankle Kit 1st Aid. Have you considered dividing into two smaller kits for both ankles for more comfort/mobility/more items? Do you ship overseas?
Love it @warriorpoetsociety, will you be selling the complete set?
Just got my WPS ankle IFAK today. I'll load it out tomorrow. Yay for that!
Awesome. One of these is in my future. There are so many ankle med kits, but obviously I have to buy the War Poet brand. The inside is what sold me, all the med kits have good pouches, but this looks the comfiest. I laughed at the cankle, I would wear it either way, but I wouldn’t be able to ever tell someone what it is with a straight face.
I saw something similar at the USCCA event last weekend in Pittsburgh. Great concept and something to think about. As always an outstanding video
Well, you've convinced me John. It's time to get a man purse. If you're going to be prepared, you might as well go all the way.
(Half-) Jokes aside, that does look like it would be a great on-hand kit for when you can't be near your car, bag, or wherever else you've stashed a med kit. I really need to settle on a basic kit and keep one everywhere.
Awesome product!!!! A must have for every Warrior poet..Nice medpac for the modern man!!
It's cool, but that sucker is massive. I would love a "light" version with fewer pockets and fewer items. The price on it, completely empty, gave me a severe case of sticker shock. $90 ($80 on sale) is just far too much. The medical supplies that go in it cost far less than that.
Just order one. Super excited.
