    Some spirits are transfered through touch. Judas kissed Jesus, transffering death. Pastors lay hands on people and transmit various spirits to people. This man is now stuck in his childhood in terms of his sexuality because some one transfered homosexuality to him. What he needs to confront in theraphy might be that he felt the deed by that person was wrong but it awoke 'real feelings' feelings he didn't fully allow himself to feel to this day.

    What a beautiful family. It pains me to see that it's as though mama doesn't understand the depth, maybe because of her age she doesn't think male rape is real. I'm regarding this to how she chuckled when she heard it for the first time, I felt like she was saying oh ok I thought it was something big. the brother got it. But over all they are such a beautiful family, I hope even the mother of his kids will be supportive. Peace

    this world we live in is fucked up, even your own so called family will betray you in ways you would never imagine and it hurts. I bet those are one of thee reasons a lot of people become depressed and suffer from anxiety because this world the people are acting as if there is no God to fear. YES we sin but there are things we should know not to do. And people think that others are just trying to look for attention when they say they are depressed and shit. A SHOUT OUT TO ALL WITH WHATEVER IS BOTHERING THEM,ALWAYS AND ALWAYS TURN TO CHRIST ATLEAST TRY TO.

    These things are so real. Molestation took place when he was way too young but look at what happened to him later. So these things are very spiritual, the spirit of homosexuality entered him and we live in a world where we entertain these things we say that's how they were born. No, God does not make a mistake.

    The man who sexually molested Arnold could have been sexually abused himself,by other men too. Therefore,the perpetrator is a victim of the continuous cycle of abuse. Arnold could have been a perpetrator too,but instead,he chosen speaking out,although lately so. My question is,did he experimented with other men as a result of the past psychological impact of the sexual molestation or he was bisexual even prior to the abuse? We should be careful not to appropriate a wrong impression that being a homosexual is triggered by same-gender abuse. Anorld said so himself:" WHAT I KNOW FOR SURE,I'M NOT STRAIGHT ",so he could have been bisexual even prior to the unfortunate incident. We don't have official police statistics of same-gender abuse & rape in this country,that on its own is problematic because it shows that this kind of abuse is underreported & mostly neglected. Sexual assault of young men by older men is far more prevalent in our society,the power dynamics between the victims & perpetrators creates an environment of shame & silence. Hence the majority of victims would never speak out,instead they would rather suffer in silence,become bullies & homophobic(most men who are overly homophobic towards gay men were sexually abused by other men) or become sexual molesters by raping either young boys or women. It is not even surprising that we have the highest GBV rates in the world. Our men are broken by other men,religion,culture,toxic & hyper masculinity create barriers for them to speak out & seek help. Arnold is a hero for facing his truth but he needs to differentiate his own sexuality with the past sexual abuse. If he was born a bisexual,he would have been still been bisexual even if he wasn't sexually abused by another man. I'm also saddened by the fact that after disclosing his past ordeal to his Mom & brother,he couldn't hug them. He was more comfortable to hug Khanyi than his own Mom & brother. They all need counseling.

      @mmeshikgaphola419 3 роки тому +5

      I've heard his brother saying so too,which possibly means his sexuality & the sexual abused he encountered are not directly interwined. I'm saying so because there are men who were sexually abused by other men when they were young who didn't become gays or bisexuals. The devastating impact of sexual abuse,whether same-gender abuse or any form of sexual or emotional abuse has devastating long-term trauma that can completely change & affect a character of a person,forever. More so if the victim doesn't speak out earlier & seek help. We should also be cautious not to assume that every gay/bisexual man become a homosexual because they were sexually abused by other men. It is a dangerous mindset as it insinuates that gay/bisexual men are perverts & paedophiles who are secretly always on the lookout for a potential victims to sexually assault. It is the same misguided myths about lesbian women,some ignorant people believe they became lesbians because of failed relationship with men & that can be rectified through rape. We seriously need to learn,relearn & unlearn.
