Why is my Neutral and Oil light not on?

Hi how to open the indicator display u where holding please

Where do you get the rubber boots for the indicator lights on the instrument cluster. The ones that hold the light bulbs in. Harley doesn’t make them any more.

I had to purchase the light harness that it came with from a Harley Dealership. Not real sure which one anymore took some digging on the internet.
