One more thing... just thought of this : Christopher Hill argues that Milton fails to show the difference between innocence and ignorance. Surely Adam and Eve can’t be blamed for the fall as they were unsure into what eating the fruit would actually do. They were told not to eat it but not told why they shouldn’t that in itself is god tempting them. I understand god may be simply testing them but if so he shouldn’t punish them. God created both them and the tree and almost wanted to see what kind of minds he created punishing them is almost like some sort of torture to a doll you have created it’s not fair. Moreover, if Adam and Eve is God's creation and they are disobedient doesn’t that make god a bad person and disobedient as it’s his mind that made them.
When you say 'revolution' what do you mean? is it about how parliament and Cromwell defeated the royalists or just everything? Bit confused and need to know for my A level exam.
