Found this post from Genkins on another video that made it MUCH easier for me to remove the back 4 coils/plugs. I am a novice and it was very easy for me to do. Well worth the extra 15 minutes removing/replacing the cowl/heat shield. “You have to take off the windshield wiper cowl first and the heat shield under that. For the cowl, there are three small tabs/clips that need to be popped off with a flat head screw driver - one on the left, center and right. Once those are off start pulling up on the cowl. You'll be able to snap it back in to place when you're done. One thing to note is that the washer fluid hose is attached to this piece too so don't use excessive force when pulling the cowl up and out. Once removed, put the wipers up and positioned the cowl on the lower part of the windshield out of the way. Now for the heat shield. There are 9 bolts total. You'll need a 10mm and a 12mm socket for these as well as an 8-10" extender. You'll see 3 main bolts on the left and the right. Then there are 3 more bolts deeper at a different angle where the extender will really help to get too - one on each side by the other set of three bolts and then one in the center. Unscrew all those and pull the heat shield out. You'll now have the clearance you'll need to get to all the rear plugs.”

With newer vehicles you typically don’t, the shiner plugs are already coated and putting on anti sieze could mean you’d ending causing more problems. With a Honda I always go Ngk, and there website says theirs are coated. Just go with the manufacturer recommended plugs and do some research

I first looked because I was gonna do a spark plug check with another plug (like I have done on older cars and motorcycles) as soon as I took off the beauty cover on a 2007 it is WTF? where is the schit? I used to drive gas for 20 years(50's-70's cars and motorcycles) then went to German diesel cars and glow plugs for 15 years so was just gonna check the spark on a lawnmower plug without going out and buying a new plug. But with that long coil it seems I can't test them that way. Scheet! The car makers are making road side repairs almost impossible...like they think their cars last forever? Well, stuff breaks. $17 for spark plugs and $200 to have a mechanic change them? NFW
